We had no ice on our floor, neither did the other floors. But we were satisfied in getting ice from the sister hotel.

My stay was great. Jordan was absolutely wonderful. The first room had a odor, he moved me to another room #220 the first room was #213. Had a bad odor and there was some water standing in the tub/shower. I called to let the front desk know, Jordan came up, very nice young man, and kindly escorted us to another room. There was no ice on any of the floors during our stay, but we were able to walk over and get ice from the sister hotel. To Malinda, I didn't get to see her, but thank you so very much for bring so kind when I called early morning to confirm my arrival that day. Wednesday. First trip ever to Minnesota, she was so kind to me. Sorry I missed meeting her. All in all, when I come back to Minnesota, I will definitely choose to stay there again. Thank you So much for a great stay. And also, continental breakfast was nice.

The breakfast was all prepackaged foods. The building is older but you can tell it’s been kept up with.

The staff was amazing. The beds were very comfortable and the pool was cozy with a nice view on the outdoor deck!

The shower flooded the bathroom because it was a walk-in shower with a short curtain and a bowed shower rod. I almost fell on the tile floor

It was very busy at breakfast and we had to pass on the waffles since it was such a long line. They might want to invest in another waffle maker:)

The kids really enjoyed the pool and hot tub:)

I booked through a third-party app and was assigned to a handicap-accessible room. While it wasn't my preference, I didn't mind it too much. I would have requested a change, but I only realized it was a handicap room after I had already taken my luggage upstairs. At that point, I didn't want to go back down, especially after a long drive and feeling tired. Additionally, the bathroom lacked a switch for the fan vent, or it wasn't working properly, so the bathroom quickly became foggy.

The room was clean size was great. I was able to watch netflix on tv's without having to bring a firestick which is a bonus. Warm breakfast options.

The main lobby is very well used, and the furniture and carpets were stained with dirt over the years. Most the prepared cooked breakfast was cold.

We like the room, the cleanliness and the view from the window. It was quiet.

Room was noisy from nearby roadways. Could not open window because of the noise, which made the room feel stuffy.

Room area was large allowing for easy accommodation for two people. Breakfast area was nice, and again, spaceous. We did not swim, but the pool looked very inviting - made us wish we had our swimwear.

The front desk clerk upon check in was fantastic. Later, when I tried to buy some items from the 'pantry', the 2nd clerk was clueless. She had no idea how to find the items on the computer, and could not figure out how to run my credit card. Later, we had a problem with our door lock. When we called to report it, she answered the phone and could not seem to understand plain English. When we said our deadbolt on the door is stuck, she kept asking which door we were talking about. Finally she had to give the phone to her gentleman co-worker who promptly came to our room and fixed it.

Breakfast was good. They had scrambled eggs, sausage, boiled eggs, yogurt, oatmeal, etc.... Could have been improved with waffles! The room was clean, the a/c worked great, and the bed/linens were super comfortable.

Breakfast was a little bland. While they had a few decent options, the waffle maker wasn't available throughout the entire weekend and there weren't many 'hot food' options. Also, no toast, which was a little strange. Bagels, muffins, cereal, just not a lot of selection.

The overall stay was nice. I found the rooms to be a little small due to the layout, and the bathroom door was very hard to open/close due to sticking. The staff was AMAZING and very helpful during our stay.
