Perhaps more of a restaurant feel inside the hotel so you didn't feel as though you had to be in your bathing suit to have dinner.

Staff were really nice ... right from the receptionists to all the other staff there, very polite and professional.

The toilet is in a different area, not in the same shower room 🤪 and the charging for parking 😑 🙄

The place was beautiful, nice and clean rooms comfy very big. Staff is very friendly and helpful, especially Dawn she was awesome! Had a great time in the pool and lobby area with the family. Breakfast was okay

The pool and band was a hit for us . We also got to see the fireworks from the front of the hotel.

Great location, close to Convention Centre, International Drive and Seaworld. Good sized room, plenty of towels - rooms cleaned every other day. Strong air-conditioning. Breakfast enough, limited range but sufficient.

I didn't like paying for parking, i've been to hundreds of hotel never had a pay for parking, that is not right. That is being greedy on the part of the company.

Disappointed with no coffee at breakfast. I do not like Starbucks which is all that was offered, and absolutely would not pay additional for it. Thank goodness there is a grocery store near so I could buy my own.

When we checked in, it took a min. The other receptionist was talking to the guy at the starbucks counter and had to be called over to help the other lady. who had at least 3 families waiting to get checked in so it took a min to check in once we finally got checked in they gave us a room that was being worked on, so we had to go all the way back down stairs and let them know we couldn't stay in the room she gave us. So they gave us the next floor up. Which she said was a better view... of what you ask the parking lot..lol Also The hidden fees and that you have to pay $20 a day for parking. And $50 a day for just in case we make any damages. which was refundable, and the $20 parking was not.The room had a toilet and shower that were separate, which were nice with 3 ppl in the room. I didn't like the doors were glass and not soundproof at all.

The hotel is in a very good location. It's near almost everything and offers a bus that will take you to different parks in the area. The outdoor pool is pretty nice, not huge but nice. Has an area where you can get food and drinks. It was a little overpriced, so I didn't buy from it. They have a small Starbucks in the lobby area, which was obviously limited due to size but pretty good. The breakfast was good, decent selection.

No grab bars in the shower. I’m 68 and that was dangerous. I had to be extremely careful.

Parking fee daily. I was unaware of the $20 plus tax parking fee to park my car in their parking lot. I thought that would be included within the price of the room. Maybe putting it with the booking, I could be there I don’t remember reading it. The bathroom sliding doors didn’t latch, but that was fine since it was just my family in the room.

I like the there was a couch, comfy, in the room. The room had plenty of space. I think the breakfast was good. I have seen others had more options than this one, but having a Starbucks in the lobby helped for my daughter. We didn’t get a chance to visit the pool, it I did look big.

I checked in on Sunday asked for someone to get garbage and towels in room on Tuesday they never came till Thursday asked several times. When you have a family there is garbage and towels need changed. Also the sign says they aren’t responsible for our vehicles but get charged 20 a night to park. Kinda crazy

No kitchen as mentioned in booking.com They had no rooms with kitchen I booked this property specifically to have kitchen Incorrect information in booking.com that this room has private kitchen Opted to stay here as I wanted to cook my own food

Breakfast food and the crowd. We asked for clean towels and didn't get them until the next day. Having to pay for parking!!!

We ordered food, from the bar and grill , in the hotel. They ran out of chicken, that was part of the meal. They replaced it , with boxed Mac n Cheese. It wasn't very good and we didn't even get a discount.

It had a lot of options, which is always great.

The ac didn’t cool to what we are use to, the shower door was broken and didn’t always close. The couch in the room was damaged and there is no safe.

The property was clean, the pool was very clean and nice, staff was great the room although it had a few issues was great!
