Breakfast looked like it was probably decent but with 10 minutes to the end of breakfast, it was slim pickings and some things were unavailable. I ended up leaving and going to buy something.

The fact that it was advertising that it had a swimming pool in the building instead of making it know that it's connected to l a fitness, and that's where the gym is and the pool. So they need to change their website because they're still showing that they have a pool and a gym inside the facility. Also, it's also advertising that breakfast is from 7 AM until 11. It's only from 6 to 930.

I was hoping for the price it would have been a little nicer than it was. Both nights we were woken at 2:30 am by kids/ people running and yelling in the hallways. The little girl in the room next to us cried all night and we could hear her. The room wasn’t as clean as I hoped it would be. It wasn’t terrible just things my trained eye noticed, along with stains on the sheets and comforter.

I loved the location. I was visiting my daughter at Pitt and she was only 5 minutes away. There were plenty of shops and places to eat nearby.

The bed skirt was filthy. It had what looked like dried blood on the bed skirt. Under the bed needs a good vacuuming and the shower floor needs a thorough cleaning. The wall near the night stand also had weird staining. Room 308

You're forced to use the parking garage but they do not validate. Other hotels I've stayed at that use a garage setup typically DO. If you plan on doing something everyday of your stay, you'll have to hand over an additional $16/day for overnight parking. Just be aware and plan for this. If you don't leave at all then it'll just be a flat $16, which, in that particular case, isn't terrible. While the room was comfortable and spacious, the layout was a bit strange.

Clean, quiet and comfortable. Decent breakfast options. Connected to fitness center, if you're into that. Walking distance to various restaurants. Good sized room.

For the really expensive cost ($800 for two nights), I was disappointed. The cost was extreme in my opinion. For that cost, I would expect a bit more - free parking, a better breakfast selection, a bigger lobby area, maybe two TVs, nicer pillows.

I liked that the hotel was in a safe area and that our room, although on the lobby floor, was quiet and clean! I also liked the free coffee and bottles of water while there.

Not sure if I have an answer for this, I truly believe we enjoyed everything.

I liked the location, parking was a little rough for unloading, but we made it work. The staff was very friendly, and I LOVE the idea of the bottled water in the lobby. Especially on the hot days, as you heading out to do an activity.
