Only downside was you could hear the doors close from other rooms and the fact that the room I had was right on the side of the railroad tracks, so you could hear the trains going by in the night.

Parking is conveniently located but there is an additional charge of $22 total for parking which must be added to and factored in to your daily rate. When you check in your key will activate the gate to the parking lot.There is an active railroad tract to the south of the building which might disturb some during the night. Being on the north side, we knew there was a train nearby by was not disruptive. The design of some of the high-rise chairs in the dining area were uncomfortable but there was alternative seating.

Our room was nicely laid out with a glass semi-partitioned wall separating bedroom from desk and large sofa with end lounge. Small kitchenette with sink, small fridge, and coffee maker. The room and lobby area were modern/minimalist which was appealing but not opulent. Staff very friendly and looked us in the eye. Location is convenient for local excursions, sightseeing, with a riverfront walking path immediately out the front door. Nice view across the river and Hot Metal Bridge to the Tower of Learning, University of Pittsburgh.

the pool was very cold, you would think during the winter it would be more heated. Also pool looked like it needed more cleaning so I didn’t get in. I couldn’t find out how to use the Bluetooth speaker on the alarm clock maybe they need a new updated version.

We were led to believe by Bookong.com that both nights would cost $179+, but we were charged $40 more for the second night. The receptionist said we didn't read the Booking.com fine print. She did give us $50 credit because the maid didn't clean our room the first night.

There was no luggage carrier staff was just watching tv but didn’t offer to help. Air was either super cold or warm…. And at breakfast never had the waffle machine out. They always said, we will get it out tomorrow.

I stayed 2 nights, and they forgot to clean my room. There was no room service in my room. I complained, they apologized and gave me a good discount on my stay due to such inconvenience.
