Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

We didn’t care for the layout of the room. The living area and the bedroom were not separated. The couch was uncomfortable.
The room was very clean. The staff was very nice.

Sometimes there is less of towels in pool.
Location is convenient to both Province and Newport. Quiet area. Indoor Pool. Good breakfast!

What appeared to be mini fridge froze our food & beverages.
Breakfast included very good variety of choices, amenities that make it the perfect getaway ( indoor pool & hottub ) & kind staff. Room was to my liking and matched my needs.

The immediate surrounding property felt a little desolate. Hotel felt "hidden". As 2 females we just felt a little on edge walking into the hotel. Of course not one thing happened but it just felt too quiet.
Clean, pretty. We are locals who wanted a night away and relax in the hot tub after dinner out in the area. LOVED that the pool/hot tub were open until 11!!! Beds were comfy. Also appreciated the bottles of water and Keurig in room (I do not like the regular coffee makers) :) Will stay again.

fridge was extra cold and froze some of the food I brought with me. I couldn't figure out how to change the temp in the fridge.

The jets in the whirlpool didn’t work. The public computer didn’t interface with the Internet. Room wasn’t cleaned on the second day even though I was told it would be. There were also little things, like the down button on the second floor elevator stop wouldn’t light.
The breakfast was of poor quality. Cheap meat paddies, one choice of eggs and lots of starch. The staff was very nice. Quiet room.

The luggage carts were weak.

The room was very nice. The mattress was not. Remember, folks come there to SLEEP. Personally, I don't like a firm mattress. My wife & I are older. We try to stay in better hotels because they have better mattresses.
Overall very good experience, we would stay there again. Front desk was helpful.

Our bathroom sink was clogged and had to wait until til the next day to have it fixed. There wasn’t a full roll of toilet paper in the bathroom and we only had two bath towels. The sink/vanity area was very dark. There was no overhead light, only a backlit mirror over the sink which made the area very dark. There was a wooden tray on the sofa which was all stained and looked dirty.
Lobby area and breakfast were both nice. The lobby staff were all very pleasant

There was no soap in the bathrooms and we needed to ask for additional towels. Everything was provided quickly.
Great breakfast buffet. Facility was clean. There was ample parking. Quiet location. Beds were very comfortable. All staff were very helpful.

Prices of bottle soda at front desk is high $
When you he sliding door of the shower got broken the asked if I wanted to go to another room on the same floor and when I said yes they did move me without any problems

I felt like the bathroom wasn’t properly prepared for new guests—there wasn’t enough toilet paper for a nights stay. Also, the heater unit rattled—the plastic grill was broken, so it caused a rattle.
