I liked everything!

Personality of all the front desk team. They were patient and focused on a high standard of care. It was obvious. The shuttle bus driver was knowledgable of the area and super careful in ensuring that I got where I was going and got out of the van safely (I have some difficulty climbing). She was wonderfully kind.

They Didnt have my name correct in their system so it was hard to check in. The elevator also seemed to need some work. We also had a group of VERY loud guest next to us all night and could not get ahold of anyone at the front desk.

The bed was so comfortable! It was clean and I like the way the room was set up.

The whole purpose of me booking this hotel was the pool. But when I arrived front desk informed me that they no longer have pool. Which was disappointing because they still advertised as if they do.

It was a nice hotel. The rooms were nice with comfy beds and clean.

Hairdryer was not good for my short hair because it had a permanently attached directed flow thing. If that was removable it would have fine. Never have figured out the benefit of those nozzles. Breakfast was nothing special. Lots of variety of mediocrity. Coffee a long way from food.

Location was good. Same room floor plan as recent stay in Scottsdale, so easy to adapt to room.

There was no sign or other indication of where breakfast was located. It is around the corner off the lobby. There is a coffee setup and tables in the lobby, so it looks like coffee is the only breakfast being offered. I thought that seemed wrong so I asked, and was directed to the other room where the breakfast was. But my partner, who woke up much earlier than me, saw only coffee and no one on hand to ask, so he didn’t get his breakfast. Very disappointing. Just put a sign up. Don’t assume that everyone has stayed there before and knows where the breakfast room is.

The two elevator shafts need repair. The noises you heard as the elevators moved made you feel as if at any moment you could get stuck.

The Housekeeping staff do excellent work. This determination was primarily based on how clean the bathroom was especially under the toilet rim. It passed. No nasty looking green/black stuff. I was in a renovated room and pleased with the results. It was spacious enough for to move about without bumping into furniture. The mattress was comfortable allowing me to sleep well.

Only thing was my key wouldn't work for my door upon returning at 11:30pm. The staff couldn't find the right tool to fix it but they eventually found it. Waited for an hour and 15 min for then to change the battery in the key component. The young lady stayed until I was in my room. She was very knowledgeable in how to fix it from previous experience at smoothed hotel. I can't remember her name but she was due to get off at 12mn but stayed until my problem was fixed. The staff was incredible.

The floors need to be more sound proof. We were on the 2nd floor and every footstep in the room above was disturbing. Please exercise the noise policy at night.

My only complaint was being unsure exactly how clean the rooms were. the guest before us left food and drink in the refrigerator that housekeeping overlooked. After cleaning the room and sanitizing it myself, we enjoyed our trip. Management did offer use a change of room and apologized about the situation.

Overall, this was a great stay. We enjoyed the heated indoor pool and jacuzzi. Breakfast wasn't bad at all.
