My room was right off the elevator it got a little irritating try to fall asleep.

It was very clean and comfortable. The checkin was a great experience she was very welcoming!!!!

Hot tub was broken, but pool was still open and got to enjoy that.

Great location close to Expressways. Great amenities very close by. A-1 Staff was great and so was breakfast. Will stay here again next time I'm in town.

The bathroom door was a slider and super heavy to move and I am NOT a weak person. Oil the wheels or something please! Why are there never outlets by the beds?? The breakfast area was nice, but some of the Ready to Eat food wasn't actually cooked all the way through.

There is no coffee in the lobby only during the breakfast time. Had some bloody stains on my linens, however got a new room immediately.

The breakfast, I didn’t like how my bed was half clean . That kinda threw me off, bug was in my bed the second night . The fridge wasn’t cold. I will not post this view publicly but I do want in house to see it

How they still attempt to keep up and running properly. The staff is always so friendly

We had a first-floor King room. My husband noticed a fair amount of noise overnight, however I only heard a door once. The bathroom sliding door did not keep sounds quiet at night and the handle to flush the toilet was hard to push. It may have just been the room we were in. I would definitely choose to stay here again if in the area.

We only had coffee, but the breakfast options looked fine. Spacious room. Very clean. Friendly staff. The bed was comfortable, and we really liked the pillows.

Front desk clerk was very hard to understand because she spoke way to soft. I felt like she was speaking that way deliberately. I don’t know why, but she clearly had a negative attitude. I heard other guest say the same thing.

The breakfast left a bit to be desired. I know it didn't cost extra, but turkey sausage..... might be good if fried, but not microwaved or however it was heated. Same with eggs. Powder eggs? kind of watery but edible. They had waffles, but only one day of our stay?? The waffle I had was great. I thought I booked through Marriot so I would get point for a 5 night stay, but somehow got onto booking.com by mistake. I didn't save money but missed out on the Marriott rewards - my fault, not yours

Very nice area. Close to family. lots of places to eat and shop nearby It just felt like a new place. Very clean and pleasant on the eyes.

As I said I have stayed frequently but it was a bit disappointing this time. Room carpet needs a good clean, sorry folks but the towels are way past the expiration date getting worn. Breakfast had always been good, loved the oatmeal. I realize it is winter and fewer guests but breakfast was definitely not great, get a new toaster instead of putting it not on it telling us only one out of four slots were working! Not much food choices and no oatmeal

I stayed there a number of times. Staff are always great. Good location for every thing I need to do

the pool smelled so strongly of Chlorine that I couldn't go in it. I was coughing just entering the pool area. I could smell the chlorine from the lobby when I walked in the front door.

Location was great - right beside Macy's. Room was a good size and I liked the toilet separate from the shower. Breakfast was good and was different from Friday to Saturday, so that added variety.

The only thing we didn't like was the bed; it was too soft and sunk in the middle. The breakfast could have been better too.
