Generally, the place was very satisfactory. I loved the interior layout of the room. It was nice to see a recycle trash can. However, there were a few glitches. The bathroom sink was completed plugged up. I know I could have called for service regarding the sink but we didn't want to be disturbed. It took about 5 minutes for it to drain so we just put up with it and reported it when leaving. The TV at the foot of the bed had a cable box connected that had bright lights flickering on the wall all night. These aren't huge things, so, it was still a nice stay!

The staff was fantastic! The desk clerk upon check-in was so helpful. The breakfast lady worked really hard to please everyone although she was swamped!

We stayed sat, sun mon and checked out Tuesday not once did they clean our room. Had to go to the desk for clean towels….🥲

The breakfast was typical hotel food. Just ok nice variety though.

I booked a king bed suite and ended up getting a 2 queen bed suite. The front desk attendant told me that since I booked through a 3rd party, the room I originally booked, was not guaranteed. The suite was nice but disappointed that I didn't get the room I originally booked.

Location was perfect for the event I was going to.

The staff was not friendly with the exception of Holly(?) at breakfast one morning. She was very welcoming and kind. She was the exception. The person who checked us in was complaining to someone else about how busy the hotel was, and it just set the tone. Then at our first breakfast, another guest told us that Mara (?) was very rude to our daughter while she sat at the counter to eat breakfast. When I approached Mara, she immediately was extremely defensive and argumentative. If she reacted this way to me, I can only imagine how she treated a child. Then, as we checked out, we simply were asked for the room number and were not told goodbye, how was your stay, thank you for visiting, nothing. No one made us feel welcome. It certainly was not the quality of service we are used to with this chain.

We really like SpringHill Suites. They offer the space we need and are always clean.

The property was outdated. The pillows were small and flat. The room layout was awkward. I had to pay for parking, which was not mentioned prior and is incredibly odd for this location.

The staff were very friendly and had quick check-in and out.

The room was dark, the ac was very loud. Housekeeping tried to walk in our room while my husband was showering. They didn’t knock just tried to open the door. Thank goodness for the security bar the could only open a few inches.

Upon check in, we are told we had to walk across for swimming. My family trip was so we could go swimming and enjoy the sun. We had to walk to another hotel for swimming. Was crowded.

Breakfast was delicious . Loved the coffee. Kids enjoyed the waffles.

Breakfast could have been served til 9:30 vs. 9 a.m. weekdays & til 10 a.m. on weekends versus ending at 9:30 since people don't want to get up too early when on vacation!

Breakfast had a wide range of selections from make your own waffles, to cooked oatmeal, cold cereals, fresh fruit, toast bread, bagels, muffins, toppings, scrambled eggs, sausage, chocolate/regular milk & coffee/tea/cocoa. Facility very pet friendly as we requested no maid service & they complied. Great area to walk around or just relax by the pool. Nearby restaurants. Quiet location yet near all major roadways. Highly recommend!
