Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Nothing really. Some parts of the hotel are old, like the elevators. I also think the bathroom could do with better cleaning (more thorough cleaning).
Great location, complimentary breakfast and ambience. The decor was very nice and modern

Location want the best for the places we wanted to visit.
Staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating when we arrived. Our room wasn't ready, but they offered to keep our luggage in a secured location even though they were busy and space was limited.

Location was not ideal. Very different compare to south lake. The Area is not as clean, lots of homeless people around and smell of body waste. The breakfast was average.

I stayed another night the following month, I felt so comfortable there. There wasn't anything to dislike about the facility or accommodations.
As a person traveling alone, safe locations are key in searching for a hotel. I felt safe. The location was perfect for where I needed to go, and the room was the perfect size for one person. I think the bedroom would have been too small for two people, but the bed was comfortable.

We had a personal in our party who was handicapped. There was a handicapped ♿️ placard in our vehicle for him, but your staff still tried to charge normal parking fees for our car. Sub-par!

Thought the parking was expensive and the garage was tight to navigate. Had the parking fee been $20 and not $40+ I would have not found this to be a negative.
The breakfast provided was a good value. The hotel was in walking distance of various dining options and the monorail to the Chilhuly Gardens. We felt safe walking in the area during the early evening. The desk staff was very helpful with dining and walking guidance.

Definitely disappointed about the breakfast. It does back on to a freeway so is noisy. If you are wanting to be near the space needle area or fisherman’s wharf I would choose a different hotel as it is a long walk
I liked that it had a laundry and if you were wanting to be near the convention centre it is a good location

The Aircon was really loud, and would kick on and off making it hard to sleep, so I usually just turned it off at night. There was also a bad smell in the corridor some of the days.
The grab and go breakfast was very convenient. The breakfast itself wasn't the best quality, especially the hot food, but having cereals,toast juices etc available was nice to have. The room itself was also very spacious and comfortable.
