Only one staff that I was not keen on, the one in the reception desk on 5-6 August 2025 at night and early morning. I asked for any outstanding balance to be checked on 5 August 2025 prior to checking out so I can settle any outstanding bill and he informed me that everything is good. Before we physically checked out, I asked again if everything is good several times but he said we are good to go, then later while we were waiting for the Lyft I asked one last time, we are good to go -then and only then did he say I will check and see only to find out that we have an outstanding bill, we have been charge for a parking fee, which we have corrected and I need to pay $17 for some merchandise, which I believe should have been deducted from the deposit taken at check in time. I have to rush because our ride was already waiting, not good for a stress level. Aside from our stay has been very good. I commend Patricia the most, she is very friendly and caring,

Elevator broke when we where there, it was kinda fixed but having to wait over 1 minute for the doors to close made it a hassle to use.

Good location for what we where in town for, also happens to be a couple of blocks from a house in Tempe that I owned long ago so it put us back in my old neighborhood.

Didn’t enjoy much of their breakfast. My family stayed for 3 days and we realized that their food were not my made fresh daily. I saw an english muffin that was already molding. It was gross. Scrambled eggs were cooked days before and sealed in a Tupperware container. Whatever food customers don’t finished, it gets re served again the next morning.

There was 1 hair on floor of the bathroom which was likely missed when they swept it, otherwise it did appear clean, but who likes to find a stray hair in your room. The faucet in the tub dripped , which wasn’t bothersome, but needs fixed I think we were in room 206 if I remember correct. The bed wasn’t very comfortable which made it hard to sleep, but my husband and kids liked the beds, so that could just be my preference. Biggest issue was the breakfast not starting until 7 on the weekend meant we couldn’t enjoy that part and that was disappointing.

I like the style of the room , the pillows were great and comfortable , the floor was quiet, the things in the room were nice and well kept . The staff at check in/out were exceptionally kind and helpful.

Toilet lid had to be removed twice to stop toilet from running after flushing in room 131. Shaking handle did no good. Working plumbing is a minimum expectation.

Great location near food, stores and highway. Most of the staff was great. I thought the weekend morning lady was unnecessarily rude but the night time workers were amazing!!

The general vicinity of the hotel exhibited certain characteristics that could be perceived as less than desirable. It is possible that the presence of a 24-hour dispensary in close proximity may have contributed to this perception.

The staff demonstrated exceptional customer service, exhibiting utmost courtesy and professionalism. The accommodations were satisfactory, providing comfort at an accessible price point.

There was an issue with my booking payment that ended up with me being double charged from the hotel. I paid for my room through a third-party website, but neither of the clerks I spoke with had that confirmation on their screen. I was told to contact the company and then reach back out to the hotel for the next steps. Aside from this issue that I'm currently waiting to resolve, the stay was comfortable. There were leftover crumbs on the floor on the side of the couch. Some wear and tear in the tub (rust, I believe) by the drain. Other than that, the stay was what we needed for the night/morning.

I enjoyed the pool and the hotel's close proximity to nearby attractions. The microwave and mini fridge came in handy during our stay. The included hotel breakfast had items that everyone enjoyed, and it was nice having time to sit down and eat before we started our day.

During our stay our AC unit in our room went out & the room got really humid. Thankfully they were able to accommodate a different room for my family.
