The pool was small and not clear. The floor around pool needed cleaning. No hot tub. No fruit at breakfast.

We had to change rooms because the heat did not work in the first room. The shower curtain in the bathroom was too short so the floor got wet.

The room was clean and spacious. Three of us stayed overnight, and there was plenty of room. The beds were very comfortable.

Everything was great! The only downfall was being scolded by the front desk when we asked for more towels. They told us to hang them up and reuse them. Unfortunately part of the shower curtain hung over the side when our child was showering which caused the floor to get wet which is why we went through the towels.

The room was infested with ladybugs. They were ecerywhere, crawling, flying, landing on us in our sleep.

I know stuff happens and I didn’t complain but our room was only partially clean. The important stuff like beds and bathroom looked clean. The living area was visibly dirty like it was missed entirely. The previous guests had at least one toddler because of the trail of food fingerprints and Cheerios. I just wiped the area clean myself as we didn’t want the hassle of moving rooms.

Dirty. My room was partially cleaned. Toilet paper was not refilled. There were no towels at all. The shower did not have soap and there was an empty wrapper in the shower making me think it hadn’t been cleaned.

No cleaning of rooms or even change of bedsheets for 2 nights stay, no garbage bags in any of the garbage bins we used our grocery bags to put trash, rooms was funky due to lack of daily cleaning. We reused our towels for our stay

We enjoyed our stay, very calm area, great staff, very helpful, very nice spacious room, I love the room designs and texture. I like the sofa and the end tables, no chair for reading, nice microwave, mini fridge keep cool but not all that great, you have to keep on for 2hrs then turn it back on again to keep things cool. The pool is okay but needs hot tub to argument it. Gym is okay, breakfast is good but not much varieties.my kids enjoyed our stay plus the rooms are big for family with kids
