Was a excellent place to stay in my first time in LA and Disneyland.

Our room was on the 2nd floor, and no elevators. So we had to carry our bags upstairs. The gate from the parkinglot to the stairs closest to our room was locked. And the noise… you can hear EVERY SINGLE car and person going down the street.

We were put in a downstairs room and we could hear people walking upstairs, woke me up one night. Very loud. Breakfast was ok. Definitely need a bigger dining room and more options for the amount of people it serves. If you came any later than 7ish things started to run out.

We booked a 2 bed, 2 bath suite and found it to be very comfortable for our family of 5, with 3 teenagers. The hot tub and pool were excellent. Front desk staff and hotel staff were kind and helpful.

Our room was near the front as was very noisy with road noise. While the breakfast was good it would have been good to have a few more options We stayed on New Years Eve and felt a bit unsafe when we could hear fireworks and guns being shot. .

The staff were very friendly especially the staff at breakfast. The location is close to Disney and has a bus to Disney that stops out the front.

Road noise and neighbor noise very loud; rooms are poorly sound insulated

The beds are comfy, room had everything needed, proximity to Disneyland and transport is great. It feels clean and safe.

There was a smell that was lingering as soon as we walked in but after a day it was gone. The sheets were clean but I did find a hair or two. Overall it was a nice decent hotel. I would recommend staying here.

The property is super close to Disney and restaurants. The place looked clean from the outside and rooms were up to expectations. Staff was nice and very polite.

You can hear your neighbors through the walls and cars passing by. Also, there was someone both nights bumping loud music in the parking lot, not the hotels fault, but this may be an issue if you're a light sleeper. It is a 20-25 minute walk from Disney and a 5 minute $10 uber ride.

I liked the inclusion of breakfast, and the selection was good. The kids loved the make your own waffle option. The beds were comfortable, and the showers were hot. The room looks like the pictures.

There were only 2 levels but being lazy made the stairs extra hard to climb. Our room was right by the street so this was a bother only because of preference, the loud noise and constant traffic in the morning seemed extra loud. Parking looked like an issue but I think it was more of not being aware that extra parking was by the pool than a lack of availability. And the worst part was the breakfast selection. How can eggs run out only 1h after opening breakfast when there is still 2h left to go? The pictures were lies on the breakfast options, it is very limited and there are limited selections to choose from, but otherwise, everything else about the hospitality was pleasant.

Staff was the best! They responded quickly and promptly to anything we needed. Facilities were clean and well maintained. We had our beds made daily without asking, and it was the best thing ever!

Rooms are not soundproof. You will hear the cars zooming during the night and the children arguing with one another. Rooms are also warm if the air conditioner isn't on 24/7

The location was very close to everything. Food, shopping, and tourist attractions were all within 5 minutes walking distance. Friendly staff and good variety for the free breakfast. Will consider this location again!

I was a little on the grimy side. We wore slippers around the room. Breakfast needed a third hot item. It had either eggs and potatoes or eggs and a meat, but not eggs, potatoes, and a meat.

The price was right for the area, but "Inn and Suites" is a little presumptuous. This isn't the Hampton. Good, but not great breakfast. The pool was heated, but outdoors. I was grateful for the fridge and microwave in the room.

The rooms were outdated and didnt feel clean. Kids bunk bed blankets were old and walls had dirty spots on them. The fridge didnt work well and we had noisy tenants above and next to us.

I liked the location, convenience of public transportation and staff was very nice.

Only thing i didn’t like was not knowing room service would come in the room to clean everyday without us putting a sign allowing them. But was still nice that they cleaned, just would like to be aware.

I enjoyed how close it was to the parks and staff was nice! The place was really clean and the beds were comfy.
