Holes in blanket, the tv wouldn't work right for me, and they make you go to their ATM. Their ATM says $3.50 but the actual charge is $5.50! what I dislike the most about this charge is that I could have driven a little further for a better room $8 cheaper! I will not be going back there

Nothing about it they had bedbugs we called the office and they said you rented it they didn't come in and look or even offer us another room so we left and got bedbugs I'll never stay with them again and they wouldn't give us a refund

Nothing Managers we’re rude and did not speak English good and communication was difficult with them and they were rude and blamed me for knocking on a door when they did not respond to us with knocks on front door for over 20 minutes This is why we cancelled They said they would refund us but I had to cancel through Booking. Com. I made the request to cancel me and I have not seen any refund. There’s not one single thing I liked. I didn’t sleep well due to not feeling safe. I didn’t have the funds to book another room somewhere else. Should remove this location from your website.

There was no breakfast included. The area had homeless people and shopping carts and debris in parking area. The room had stained towels and stained shower curtains. Microwave and fridge were dirty. Room smelled like cigarettes even though there was no smoking. Very dirty toilet. I needed a place to stay with my young kids and booked online. I don’t recommend this place.

Their bathtub was clogged when I got there. I was eaten alive by bed bugs, and there was a giant hole in the front door; presumably from a battering ram. LOL. At the end of it all, they said they had to hold my deposit until the plumber came "to be certain it was not my fault" although I hadn't used the shower yet. I was told I would be called when the plumber came IN A FEW DAYS. It's been weeks and I've heard nothing on either number I left them. They stole my money. It was a physical impossibility that we could've clogged that bathtub considering we never used it. But whatever. DO NOT STAY HERE. unless you like being sucked dry by parasites. Oh, or if you like being bitten by bed bugs. The true parasites are the owners and employees who had the audacity to steal $50 from me. Then they truly attempt to make it my fault somehow. They wonder where they get the stigma from lmaooooooo

I didn't stay, this facility requested a $50 cash deposit, with no way to pay me back the cash early when I planned to leave. Wouldn't charge my card, and was very rude at check in. I would NOT recommend this place

it’s dirty, have homeless people living in there, every single piece of the furniture was broken, no blankets were provided, we were given extra ‘clean’ sheets when we asked for blankets and the sheets were already dirty. dirt and hair were all around in beds when we arrived. so by all means stay away from this place!

The room was Very Clean, Well kept, and the toiletries were organized. The staff that checked me in and out were Very Polite, Kind, and Professional.

I’ve never stayed at a place that asked for a cash deposit and insisted that they look at the room before returning said deposit. I found that to be a bit strange. Also, the bathtub had only a shower with no spigot. There was barely any hot water any time we showered and the water pressure wasn’t strong at all.
