Installing an exhaust fan would help with ventilation in the bathrooms (although note the location in the mountains) and provision of more dishwasher tablets would also help with a stay more than one night (starter kit was provided).

Location was good. It was inside Yosemite National Park and therefore saved time everyday - there was no need to wait in line to enter the park. Good facilities and was clean. It also had a great deck outside to watch the sunset / sunrise. The team (Vacasa) was also very responsive and answered my queries very quickly.

Couldn't find enough towels. The amount of towels only 1 day. The mattresses are in very bad condition. It's old and not comfortable. Friends and I couldn't sleep well. This is worst part. I contacted the host asking the remote to turn on PC monitor. No answer at all.

Very early check-out time and very late check-in time. Super thin single-ply poor quality toilet paper (practically see-through). The house was lacking curtains/blinds, especially in the mezzanine sleeping area, meaning less privacy and no way of blocking yhe sun in the morning.

Good quality facilities, well-equipped, location inside the park very convenient. Very clean, well-sized rooms & bathrooms and offering some great views from the terrace. Good reliable wi-fi connection.

Address sign hidden by another sign. Hard to fine location. Two days of having tree work done on the property. We could not park by the house and it sounded like we were in a construction zone. They were right at the front door. Toilet paper and paper towels were extremely poor in quality.

Pretty nice overall. Location was great for us. Away from the crowds. The accommodations for a party of 7 worked out well.

This was the only property with an inaccessible balcony. It had 6 feet of snow and ice covering the entire balcony, which made it unusable and darken the living room as it covered the main window. It supposedly has 3 parking spaces, on top of a small hill, which were very hard to get to and actually use given the amount of snow and ice. Every other property had daily maintenance and people working on them at different times of the day ensuring all the facilities could be used... except for this one. Also, we had an emergency: our tire chains broke and the car couldnt be moved and they were incredibly unhelpful. Costumer service said that a local team member would reach out to provide support, but it never happened (even though we explained we were with 2 elders and 2 toddlers). They didn't even provide any kind of direction of who we could contact (park rangers, park admin, local store.. nothing), and given that the location has NO PHONE SERVICE and an extremely poor wi-fi we felt very much isolated and hopeless for a big portion of the day. Again, every other property had maintenance people and eventually we got help and managed to get out of a bad situation, but from a costumer service perspective we had an awful experience.

Location is amazing, inside the Yosemite National Park. The views are gorgeous and short distance from main attractions. House is modern and cozy, very comfortable.

Very dirty; bench upon entry covered in dirt. Floors had not been cleaned. Crumbs on couch, empty water bottles under couch. Dirty rags on kitchen counter. One reason I rented the house was for the deck. It was not cleared of snow, yet every other house in neighborhood was. Vacasa gave me a small credit, but honestly I am so upset about it. They also offered a cleaning service, but we didn't want people in the house and assumed same cleaning service who would be upset about coming back. Front walk not really cleared so had to go through mud to enter.

Location was good, amount of space was good. Linens and bathrooms clean.

Extremely Disappointing Stay – 2 Out of 4 Nights Were Ruined We booked Starfall in Yosemite West hoping for a relaxing getaway, but instead we experienced stress and frustration. On our very first night, there was no power when we arrived, and the outage lasted almost 20 hours. We were left without lights, heating, or the ability to cook. For a property in such a remote location, there was no backup generator or plan in place, which is completely unacceptable. Then, on our final night, the house alarm went off in the middle of the night for no reason. The deafening sound made it impossible to sleep and left us exhausted the next morning. When we contacted Vacasa, their response was dismissive. They offered no meaningful solution, brushed off our concerns, and took no responsibility for the fact that half of our stay was ruined. We came here specifically to relax, but with nearly a full day without power at the start and being jolted awake by an alarm at the end, relaxation was impossible. What should have been a peaceful Yosemite retreat turned into a stressful and disappointing experience. I would not recommend this property, and Booking.com guests should look elsewhere for a stay that actually delivers on comfort and peace.

The location is Fantastic.
