Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United States of AmericaPretty basic setup, closer to camping than glamping.

United States of AmericaThe camp was through someone's junky trailer lot. The directions we were given to check in were to check in to the camp trailer, so since we were not given our tent number we bothered the people in the trailer thinking that was our 'help desk' so to say.. It was not and they were not happy about it. Guest services did not answer any of my 6 calls for help. There were no paper towels or toilet paper in the bathrooms, we had to get our own toiletries. You are also not allowed to start a campfire even when the burn ban has been removed because of the rain.
The beds were warm and comfortable. The tents were far enough apart and kept us safe from the cold wet weather.

United States of AmericaLate night animals creeping around our tent. On of the other campers mentioned they had seen coyotes the first night. Lots of deer and it looked as though the camp was just sitting right on a game trail.
Really pretty space with cool tents. Beautiful pond and property.

United States of AmericaNo towels, no electricity anywhere, dark. When I finally did fall asleep airhorns went off at 630 am every 10 minutes. The bathrooms were glorified outhouses and steep stairs to enter and exit and the showers were cold. If it had not been for the cozy bed I could hv car camped for about the same experience.
The bed was cozy

United States of AmericaSanitation was in poor shape. There was one trash can and it was overflowing with garbage on the ground too. It appeared other campers tried to keep the trash a little tidy. The bathrooms were gross! Very dirty and it appeared that the holding tanks were getting full and this was heading into a weekend! Toilets had ugh well nasty residues etc. If sanitation was good this location would've gotten great reviews by us.
This was my first glamping experience and I would definitely do it again. The tents were clean, loved the thoughtfulness of the little tables and chairs. bedding and cots get an A. We liked the location and the small scale size of this location.

United States of AmericaThe photos provided by the property are stock and do not reflect the real site! This is not a site for anyone with mobility issues. Uneven ground, no paved roads/walkways, no railing or safety lighting or accessible bathrooms. Not sure who managed the property, didn’t see them. Tents are numbered but parking is not.
The information the property provided to reach the site was accurate and helpful. Property was simple. No frills.

United States of America- The property didn’t match the photos advertised on Booking.com. We thought for a second the day of the trip we accidentally booked Glacier because we saw the same pictures. - We had soooo many slugs on our path leading to the tent. And all around by the door. The zippers couldn’t seal the tent all the way leaving a small hole that several slugs would end up getting into the tent at night. That probably was the worst part.
The tents were spacious and clean. We thought the beds were very cozy as well.

Canadathe only source of light in the tents were lanterns that didn’t have any batteries in them, had to navigate in the dark because we didn’t know we’d have to bring our own batteries… showers were a bit dirty too.

New ZealandThe address that appeared in the Booking.com app for this property was wrong (the property does send a separate message later on with the correct address but I had been on the road without internet access and only booked a few days in advance so relied on the one in the app). The address that appeared in the app straight after booking is a poor Gentleman's private property a few miles away and he said this has been an ongoing issue
The location was really nice with the deer hanging around

United States of AmericaNot a deal breaker, but if you're a light sleeper it might be loud. The tents are very close to one another and sound travels. Each night of our stay there were loud groups morning and night. We were able to sleep still, but if you want nature sounds and to feel remote, this might not be it. Apart from the noise, everything was very comfortable, and affordable.
Location was awesome, beds were cozy and the rooms were perfect. The bathrooms were surprisingly clean and nice. It's a great alternative to pitching a tent and actually camping, we enjoyed our two night stay a lot. We brought an extra blanket and towels which I would recommend. The showers were warm, and the toilets did not smell. It was a great setup for being in the woods, we were very pleased.

United States of AmericaNot even one bottle of water provided in tent. Not only no hot water in facilities, but no running water at all in the morning. Bathrooms low on paper towels. No actual towels so you have to dry your face with paper towels. I received many many many messages from them. I'm glad they were so communicative and provided instructions but it was really a lot. No lights provided at all in the tent or anywhere else - there was something that looked like it might be a light attached to the outside of the tent but we couldn't figure out how to turn it on. In all, a bit overpriced considering how primitive it was.
This is a wonderful spot for stargazing. Really cute tents, bathroom facilities nearby. Comfy bed and bedding. Excellent instructions provided.

United States of AmericaSimple site w what you need for an over night stay. We just picked this place because everything else was fully booked. Price is fair for camping in that area during high season but if other regular camp sites were open I would opt for that and save money. Over all it is really cute set up and very comfortable
