My bed wasn't super comfortable, but nothing major. I had a good night sleep after a very long flight.

I really dislike staying at hostels, but this place really has exceeded my expectations, it has privacy, the facilities are really nice and clean for a hostel. Staff is super friendly and helpful. I have enjoyed my stay and would definitely come back.

Some shower taps were broken or damaged in the men’s bathroom.

It is a shared room, but you still get privacy. Staff was nice and helpful, especially Carlos (Argentina).

It's unbelievably clean, nice hot showers, great sleeping pods (with mirror, lamp & ventilator, ...) . We were there on weekdays in september so only a few beds were occupied, so it was very quiet and cool - I don't know how it is in high season.

Expect homeless people, but the area seems safe. A cold atmosphere, don't expect a lively hostel like you would find in Europe.

This is one of the best hostel in the world! No bunk beds, lots of intimacy and space for yourself. With the curtains, it's like having your own room with a shared bathroom. In my space I had a double ben, light, a fan for cooling (but the temperature was ok in the room), 3 shelves, and electricity outlets. They have a separate room with electrical hair stuff for women (dryer, some stuff for curls & straightening) and that is just awesome. The hostel has washing machines & dryers (25 cents), free coffee, and tea, and huge & modern common spaces. 5 minutes walk to the tram station. Perfect to get around the city. They also give very good recommendations for restaurants, and the staff is great.

There is echo in the property when customer are walking around, using the toilets or answering to a phone call at 2am the curtain is not enough to block noises..

This was out of the hotels control but our uber driver on drop off told us to be careful around the area as he had been mugged there recently.

Value for money. It was in a central location which made it very easy to uber around. The facilities were brand new and everything was very comfortable.

The female staff was rude. It’s simply a matter of decency to respond to someone’s ‘good morning’, which she failed on both days I was there, and just walked away. Apart from her everyone else was friendly and helpful.

The hostel is spotless, modern, with good public areas. The location is also good for downtown area, close to the tram stop and buses, as well as walking distance to the main attractions. Complementary coffee/tea, etc was a nice touch.

The really good hostel, staff explained everything and showed us the room and bed. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, it was an open kitchen, bathroom with shower and everything that you need. Of course, it is a hostel with a big common room divided into smaller spaces by a wall and curtains which is more than I expected. I recommend it at all.

Staff member I met on arrival was quite rude. I rang the bell and waited as instructed… 5 minutes later a man comes down and instructs me that I should have rang the bell instead of just waiting there for someone in the future! Even though I had already rang the bell & he was not very welcoming. Other staff were pleasant however:)
