This was the second time I've stayed here. It's also the second time the key card failed to work. I'm disabled but thank God a nice man helped me out by taking my card to get it fixed

Appearance of lobby belied appearance of room which was some what shabby. I,e. Lamp shade missing. Tape patching on wall and some recepticals. Couple of bugs. Noisy from upstairs room but a call to office stopped that thank you

The hotel is pretty old, and my room was directly in front of the outside stairs. There were people hanging out by the stairs and talking very loud at night. There was no sink stopper in the sink, so I had to use a washcloth to plug the sink so that I wouldn't accidentally wash my contact lenses down the drain. The bath towels were about half the size of a regular bath towel and very thin and scratchy.

I expected newer facilities.

The staff is nice. The cleanliness exeserviceable. Property felt safe enough, and is kept trash-free. The facility is old, and furniture and curtains shabby. The bed was in need of a new mattress, though it was serviceable.

The room smell like cigarettes and I’m not a smoker! Curtains covering the window falling off. Had to swat a few flies in the sink and bathroom area

What I did like is all the roaches and stuff in there and then they come in and spray roach spray in there and then they leave then you call them you got roaches again then they come in there and spray again and then they move you just nasty nothing or anything

The rooms are a bit dated and need a table and chairs. Housekeeping doesn't come by on the weekends, so make sure you've got enough towels and toilet paper with the Friday drop-off.

We spent two weeks here after being displaced from our home due to black mold. I was actually recovering from major surgery. The staff worked with my limitations in the sweetest ways, definitely going above and beyond. They would bring me documents to sign when I extended our stay. They'd check if I needed anything. Made any maintenance repairs IMMEDIATELY. Even helped me load the truck when we checked out. The price was good and the pool very clean and refreshing.

My first room had a huge cockroach, and AC didn’t work . A hotel people live in is kinda ghetto.

Under the bed was filthy there was used cigarettes and change, dirt. The microwave looked like it hadn't been cleaned in years. The tub in the bathroom was broken and when you stepped in it popped. The ceiling had obvious water damage. The toilet was dirty and so was the sink. The only thing clean in there was the fact the bed was made and the sheets were clean.

I was being harassed by someone in the room next to me throughout my entire stay. Hotel staff did nothing! I even had to call the police once he started threatening me. The clientele here is sketchy! I didn’t feel safe! If I could have I would have left!
