There was no linen in room for sleeper sofa and since it was late, no one in office to request linen.

Missing kitchen items, Missing mugs & Glasses. No pans, only 2 skillets No cooking utensils except for the pizza cutter. Coffee & tea were NO good!

During our stay, we noticed cleanliness issues. Sheets on pull out sofa bed were not clean, and there was no blanket provided. Bathroom door had dirty finger prints. Coffee maker was not wiped down, and lid was broken. Already frozen ice cubes in freezer would have been nice.

Ease of reserving on line. friendly and easy check it. Room size was excellent and what was expected. Check-in person was very friendly and professional. Overall a pleasant experience.

Cleaning- tub has a grime line in it and the wall above the bed was heavy with dust. Floors also needed a good mopping. Courtyard is charming but since they don’t allow children to play in it I would add signage that states adults only

The staff was awesome, and the manager went above and beyond. The room was very clean as well as the outside. We stayed on New Years Eve night and came in around 2 am.. She was there making sure each guest could get into their rooms due to a technical issue with the door locks. I can't remember her name but This manager had be be away from her family on New Year and was still smiling and very polite, even at check out she was still there working diligently to get issue fixed I would highly recommend it. Thank you to Manager and Staff for making our new year start out right. Sincerely, Keela Hibberts

Property needs better cleaning standards the room had roaches. The beds are so uncomfortable mattress feels like there is a while in the middle.

The fan in our bathroom didn’t work & it made it really really hot in the bathroom after showering. Also, the people upstairs were constantly walking around & they would stomp as they walked & it was very disrupting when trying to sleep.

I love the location & being next to a grocery store. We love being close enough to Chattanooga to be able to drive to everything we wanted to do.

having paper towels in kitchen as well as some dish soap. they did have dishwater tablets but would have been nice for some dish soap Also conditioner in the bath would be good

There wasnt a method for fixing issues if you came after hours since there is no employee around the clock. Our TV didnt work and we had no staff to call or customer service to email. The HVAC system also had a loud rattling sound and was set on a schedule. It was preset on 85, we could easily turn it down. but once the new scheduled program began our temp overide was canceled. We woke up in morning and had to reset it. Made for a warm evening but we were sleeping.

It was a value option and met our expectations. It was nice for the price. Simple check in and check out

The front desk does not operate 24/7. It would be nice if a contact is provided for guests to reach someone during off hours. Otherwise, it's an excellent place!

First of all, our door slam was broken and no one fixed until we moved out even though they kept telling us they would. Second of all, the fire alarm went on twice for no reason in the middle of the day when we were cooking, but we had no smoke no other reason for it to go on. Thirdly, the gym could be a little cleaner and more items could have been provided.

I liked a peaceful location, a clean room, a friendly stuff.

Coffee pot with no filters or coffee. Overnight guests could use these. Shampoo and soap were low and out. Sofa was tolerable but not overly comfortable. Toilet seat was very loose, almost falling off. No elevator.

Room was clean, bed was comfortable. Having separate room for sleeping was welcome. 2 TVs was nice.
