Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The assistant manager was absolutely amazing, accommodating and helpful! Provided towels upon request and any toiletries. Great value new property.

Didn’t notice a thing
It was just an amazing place. Only stayed one day but the room was so clean and had everything you would need for 1 night or 30. It felt very safe. And had a big courtyard that was inside the secure property. The staff was very accommodating.

TV issues, in more than one room. But they did have a service order put in to address that.
The front desk ladies were Awesome 👏 ! Very polite, professional, friendly and helpful. When the TV wasn't working, I asked to be relocated and was immediately relocated. No fuss, no muss. Very very nice the whole 4 day stay. Wonderful place! Clean and Quiet👏Highly recommend 💯😊

The back door would not lock. However, there had just been a storm. Maybe the door issue was due to the power outage. The only other thing that would have been great, would have been to have someplace to hang your clothing!! There wasn’t a curtain rod, a hat rack, or a door hook to be found!! Oh, sorry… There was one right next to the shower!! Lol!! Aside from that, the place is great!!

I would have liked some better snacks in the vending machine for those late night cravings
It was in a great area lots of things to do within one to 2 miles such as great restaurants, and activities.

No complaints at all maybe wish there was a pool.
Very spacious and cleanliness was a 10/10 the amenities were really cool and there were also silverware and cooking utensils which I appreciated.

Only stayed for one night, so I couldn’t find anything to dislike.
New, very clean, kitchen had great appliances and dishware, and there was an extra pillow and blanket in the closet.

You can hear the people above you—loud
This place is immaculate. There were a couple things that weren’t perfect but overall stellar the staff is very kind and I could tell that had a lot to do with the GM as she is exceptionally genuine and sweet. The staff is very accommodating and I would stay at one of the stay APT again

When I checked in the receptionist acted as if I was interrupting her day to check in. She did not speak or say welcome to the complex or anything. She just asked a few questions and said sign a few times and then gave me my room number. I asked about Wi-Fi. She told me it’s free directions are in the room. She did tell me where to go to get to the room. Needless to say, the key didn’t work. I had to go back to the desk. The key worked to let me in the room, but every time we left the room, the key didn’t work again. I had to go back to the desk 3 different times. The office closes around 8pm. I went out in the rain. When I got back, the key allowed me entrance from the lobby, but not into the room. Luckily my daughter stayed back and was able to open the door. The next morning, a different receptionist was on duty. I told her that this was my 4th time at the desk with the key not working. I told her that I wasn’t able to access the online key either. She apologized and fixed the issue. At least this time there was a friendly, knowledgeable person on duty so that I didn’t have the worst review about the employees.
The suite was very clean and spacious. One of the newer properties in the area. This is an excellent value for the money. The area is super quiet. A short walk or drive to a shopping center where there are several restaurants, a major grocery store and various other stores to shop. Nice outdoor area to relax or barbecue. All of the basic necessities in the room like iron, ironing board and dishes. Full small kitchen with all of the appliances including a dishwasher.

Didn't have sheets or a blanket in the room for the sofa bed, had to go to the desk and then no one was at the desk, called the hotel number she answered right away and brought a top sheet and a blanket no fitted.sheet,I was tired didn't notice until I started to make it...the next morning couldn't get the sofa to fold back in..Other than that it was great...Didn't know I was to pay an extra 250.00 when I booked the room thru booking.com
