When we got there to get ready to cook I was looking for this dishes. To find out when we opened the dishwasher and it was crab legs in there and unclean dishes it spelled so bad. When we called it took a couple hours they ran it through and somebody else was to come back up to check it but never did. So we cleaned it to where we couldn’t really smell becuz it still smelled nasty. Then we were able to use it. We picked up all the plastic rose petals that were on the floor before us. It was nasty but somebody needs to follow up on the rooms after being cleaned.

I love the set up and it was nice.

We have stayed here twice. First time was when it was brand new. Very clean and it’s got a great room layout. Great for longer stays with kitchen and separate bedrooms. Staying here now you can start to see some wear and tear on things. People haven’t been so kind to the place. Nothing the staff can do about it. Still a great place.

There were air fresheners in the room left by a previous. They were removed when I got there, but upon returning, there was one more which I removed. The place never cleared of the smell. Upon checking out, they told me I could have changed rooms and that they had ozonateer to remove smells, but it was too late. The smell came home in all of my things. It would have been nice to have been able to open a window and let in some fresh air.

The linens were odor free. The place was spotless. They gave me an end room with lots of windows.

No hangers in closet, no hairdryer, no lotion. When you are traveling it’s these little things that make a big difference. Dirty dishes in dishwasher that weren’t washed so I ran the dishwasher and washed them…which made the dishwasher leak all over the kitchen floor. Both chair and sofa worn and dirty. Front office not open the hours stated on window or website. Hours said opened 7 am. I was down there and no one showed up. No one showed up at 7:39, 7:45 or 8 am. I waited until 8:15 and left. Office still not open and I needed shower gel (not refilled before I got there and had none for my shower). When I stopped by in the late afternoon she stated they were short handed and she was late getting to work. That doesn’t help customers who need something.

cleanlyness was not good at al. Inside the kithen, certain cabinets were dirty, but mainly the floor had not been cleaned with water since longtime. It was very sticky and when whipping on it with a tissue, it was immediately very dirty. Toilet seat was also completely loose.

It was very loud. Could hear doors when people were coming and going. The courtyard idea is nice, but really loud.

I was told upfront that the front desk operated like an office, not really like a hotel. Good managing expectations. The front desk person was very friendly and accommodating.

The staff is excellence!! The place is very confortable and clean. You will have the principal kitchen amenities. The bed is so confortable.

The walls between rooms were so thin that I could hear the person in the room next door open their blinds. I could hear them sneeze. The bed was pretty firm and not super comfortable, but it was fine for two nights.

The room was a great size and layout. The kitchen had pretty much everything you could need and everything was clean.

Staff was amazing - friendly, extremely fast in resolving an issue regarding my room (resulting from an understandable human misunderstanding between staff and not upsetting to me at all). Apartment style was great for solo traveler. Patio looked nice (did not use.)

The deadbolt lock would not lock. The iron was not clean. It would have been nice to have extra shelving or drawers as an extended stay patron.

The staff were helpful and always pleasant. It was nice to have full kitchen for my extended stay. Room access was from inside the locked courtyard area so felt safe.
