The Manager Tia was the best she made sure our after hour check in was done and she explained the step very well I. How to check. She was very welcoming when I met her.

I liked the fact that we had a kitchen and also the outside lounging is beautiful.

We liked everything about our stay. I can not find a negative thing to say. My husband complained about the light coming through the window at night, but that's just him. The light didn't bother me.

Bedroom does not have a door to close. The tub is abnormally high on about a 3 inch platform which made climbing in to take a shower a bit difficult. My husband slipped. I had to sit on the tub edge and then swing one leg over at a time to make sure I didn't fall. Grab bars would have been good.

The hotel is very new so landscaping is at a minimum. If you like minimalism, this is the place for you. Layout was nice. The kitchen had minimal appliances. This is geared toward a long stay where you are expected to provide your own things. They give you a couple of coffee baggies that go in the 4 cup coffee maker. It is a specialized fit.

Perhaps we overlooked it, but we did not see any trash cans or dumpsters on the property. Also, we would have loved to have access to either a vending machine or snack shop on the property to purchase quick snacks and/or beverages.

well, bring your cooking gear because we didn’t have anything that you could cook with and bring your coffee and creamer. No morning continental breakfast. Also, the way the rooms are designed there’s no bedroom door so the lack of privacy is concerning.

The place was about a month old when we got there so everything is fresh and clean. I just wish the brand new sheets had been washed. At least once they had so much starch in them. You could tell they were brand new but that’s better than the alternative I guess.

After my first 2:days I asked to extend my stay and the front desk said they had no availability so I started looking for another hotel. Much to my surprise I found rooms on Booking.com. Why did they lie to me? Then I still had to change rooms. The staff would not allow a late checkout.so I had to leave work and walk in a rain storm to pack all my stuff.

The convenience of the location to my work. Comfortable accommodations.

Shower water pressure is not good at all. It's very low water pressure and very small amount of water comes out. Bed sheets were itchy that I couldn't sleep well both nights. The staff however did offer to help.

The design of the building makes accessing the room during winter feel like walking through a chiller. This type of construction is better suited for warmer climates or summer retreats in Virginia.

It is a brand-new facility, and the staff is working hard to meet customer demand.

The only thing I didn’t like was the open bin that they had guests leaving key cards in. It was not secure in any way, and leaves personal information at risk. They should at least have a locked box with a slot in my opinion
