When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.

My boyfriend and I woke up around 4am with sore backs from the bed. Boyfriend ended up sleeping on the couch.

That the pool was closed, the front desk clerk didn't warn the guests about the situation, offered to send us to a near by hotel with the accommodations of the pool area... would've been great telling guests when checking in
The kitchen area, being able to cook a full meal was awesz

We never had any type of cleaning services in the 3 nights we stayed. I had to go to the front desk to ask for towels. I also had to take our garbage out. In fact when I put a new bag in the garbage can in the kitchen it still had garbage in it from the previous guests in the room. I really didn’t care if the room was A full clean but it would be nice for just a freshen up with new towels & bed made. For the price.
I liked the size of the room. The breakfast was ok. I think they could have kept the tables washed off more frequently in the breakfast area. I do realize there was only one person working the breakfast room so maybe they could have used another individual. We liked the outdoor space.

I had to pay double for my one night due to availability and I did not get my IHG Rewards for the stay.
The location was perfect. It was close to the anniversary celebration.

Booked on the Booking app, and on arrival found the hotel had been overbooked and they couldn't find our room available. We had to wait 45 minutes till after midnight for it to be resolved, which could have been moving to another hotel.
Front desk was friendly and worked on it, and found there was a room vacant that was clean and ready. Gave us an upgrade from what we booked to put us in it, but if she hadn't, we would not have had a room at all.

It was a nice room, but really didn't sleep 4 as advertised. Breakfast was largely unfilled by 8am and no ice in machine which made all cold drinks lukewarm.
Staff was friendly and looked newer.

Breakfast was good, but there needed to be an additional staff person to help out. The staff was doing the best that she could but there were so many guest she couldn't keep up. Also only sugar free syrup was available.
The rooms were large enough for us to not be on top of each other.

Breakfast looked and smelled great, I just wanted to explore the local small-town restaurants, so I only had coffee and juice. The gym area was well stocked and well lit with a wall of windows. The pool didn't seem to have too much chlorine in it like a lot of indoor pools do.

Did not appreciate having to pay extra $150 "Fee" to Booking. It made the "deal" a lie. Extremely strong smell the whole 3 days (apparent attempt to cover up bad smell).
Breakfast good. Outside lounging nice. Suite was nicely arranged. Beds comfortable. Quiet room. Coffee available at all times.

Could use some minor updates with regards to fresh coat of paint, better water pressure in room. The hotel is located centrally yes, however, it is not in the best part of town. I am not sure what was going on but the clientele at that hotel was very questionable. I didn't feel the safest outside of my room so I did not eat the complimentary breakfast nor use the facilities. Not sure if there is some sort of low income housing that's occurring but at one point there was a gentleman who was clearly under the influence of either drugs or alcohol in the early morning who was half keeled over by the elevator. He did resume movement but then proceeded to knock over the hand sanitizer on the wall and could barely stay upright. Decided then and there I would take the stairs as to avoid an elevator ride with this gentleman.
I overall liked the hotel and loved the room. I was there for work and the full kitchen with full fridge was very much appreciated. The little island to sit at was great as well. Fantastic room with more than I needed. If the price was a bit lower per night, I would be back.

No coffee pot in our room. Called to the front office and they said that they were at full capacity and could not do anything for us. Front desk said at 3:40 that they would call and tell us when our room would be ready and never received a call.

One of our shower drains was completely clogged, so we couldn’t use that shower at all. The tub up with so much water. One of the toilet handles didn’t work that well either.
Location and room was great! Staff was very friendly and willing to help.
