We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

First impressions are very important and the person that checked us in our first night made a good one. She was very friendly, answered questions, and seemed to go out of her way to welcome us. All other employees I encountered seemed to have the same attitude towards customer service. The room was very quiet and that is important to me. We did not hear anyone once we were in our room. The amenities here are very good, especially for post pandemic service, with refreshments available most of the day and evening. The breakfast was nothing special but good and fresh.

Unfortunately, the staff did not wear masks, there was no distancing recommendations in common areas or elevator, and the breakfast was a common buffet.

Of all the hotels in Cheyenne, this was the friendliest, most up to date, family friendly, pet friendly, cleanest hotel in Cheyenne. I love the dinettes in every room. The rooms are cozy. The outdoor area is beautiful.

I loved the fast and friendly check in and out. Clean rooms and great beds. Breakfast was fabulous the best I have had at a hotel. Everyone was helpful and nice. Great place for dogs and nice relief areas for them. Clean and safe parking lot. If I come this way again I will surely stay here.

United States of AmericaThe breakfast was terrible. White watermelon for fruit, watery coffee, and fake eggs/meat every day. Could use more variety for sure. Our sheets smelled like body odor so we went to target and bought new ones so we could sleep at night. We asked for a crib and it was the jankiest thing ever (thank goodness we had a pack n play). The doors weren’t installed properly so they wouldn’t stay open. For the cost I would definitely expect better all around.
