Bed was a touch stiff for my liking but that's just me being a bit picky.

Centrally located with a very friendly staff. And for the first time in I can't tell you how many hotel stays since COVID they actually did housekeeping, tidying up the room and restocking towels and such.

THE A/C IS SPORADIC. SOME ROOMS I'VE STAYED IN THE A/C BARELY KEEPS THE ROOM A COMFORTABLE TEMP WHICH MAKES IT DIFFICULT TO SLEEP. AND THIS IS TURNING IT TO THE LOWEST TEMP. OTHER ROOMS IT WORKS GREAT. I'VE DECIDED TO BRING MY OWN FAN WITH ME NEXT TIME SINCE I NORMALLY HAVE TO STAY A WEEK EACH TIME.

I TRY TO STAY HERE WHEN I TRAVEL TO COLUMBUS FOR WORK. IT'S CONVENIENT AND A SHORT DISTANCE FROM THE JOB SITE. BREAKFAST IS GOOD. LOVE THE ICE/FOUNTAIN SODA MACHINE.

Maybe just the floors being swept or vacuumed a little better, but they were still pretty great

Breakfast was absolutely amazing. I felt like we were at a high quality restaurant. The bacon was crisp and hot and heaping. The scrambled eggs were fluffy and rich. The waffle machine was so much fun and made the best waffles I think I have ever had. The coffee was piping hot and great flavor. In addition, there was yogurt, cereal, fruit and beautiful baked blueberry muffins. The salsa, cheese, jalapenos and hot sauce were a hit with our older children. I have never had a full kitchen available. We are so grateful to you. We were able to make healthy meals with fresh ingredients. The full fridge was a blessing. You provide pots and pans, plates glasses, bowls and utensils, including flippers, plus a can opener. There was both caffeinated and decaf coffee provided in our room. I was beyond impressed with the generosity and thoughtfulness of your provisions for our family. I have never felt so at home. We thankfully did two loads of laundry in an open, clean, relaxed laundry room. What a joy. We grilled at your gorgeous, easy to use outdoor gas grills. We all swam happily in the pool. I was in awe that you provide full size soaps and shampoo/conditioner in great dispensers right there near the sink and in the shower The bedding was so soft and bright white. I felt like whoever planned out Staybridge truly cared about the families who were going to be here. The front of the hotel greets us beautifully from the outside and then we walk into to a cozy fireplace area. The plants are placed perfectly everywhere and bring joy.to look at them. There is so many nice places to eat or just sit. Having a business room available was really nice. Our daughters worked out everyday, too. I was so grateful they did not have to go find a fitness center somewhere else I do not feel like I am doing Staybridge justice.. Please let me say, it felt like being at home, but better in ways! I don't say that lightly either because I love our home. Your staff is INCREDIBLE!

Elevators needed some attention for cleanliness. I do not like that the hotel chain charges a $100 deposit and then sits on that charge for several days. I still am being charged and have not received compensation back 3 days later.

Hotel was good. Check-in was good. Breakfast was good and attendant at breakfast was really good.

Great location, very clean room and comfortable bed! Staff is very friendly. Nicole was amazing and attentive! I've stayed many other places while visiting family. Staybridge is by far the BEST, and will be the only place I will stay from now on.

A bit far from the shopping centers and restaurants in Columbus. only one elevator is working all the time.

The rooms are big and the staff is very lovely, the washing machine are free of charge and that is great. The breakfast is decent but it can be more diverse. plenty of parking space and for free.

Didn't pay much attention to details. The breakfast was a little subpar compared to other places we have stayed.

The hotel was decent, but in an odd location to get to. The room wasn't as large as we expected, but had a full refrigerator in the suite. I didn't really like the layout of the room, but it was ok.

The bathroom smelled like mildew, the toilet leaked on to the floor and they body wash in the shower was empty all three days.

Great location for Boot camp Graduation..only 25 mins from base. Theater across the street and Mexican restaurant beside the hotel was great. The breakfast bar was very good each morning. They had eggs, bacon, chicken strips, waffles and more. Bed was very comfortable and big fluffy pillows. We loved the big family area around the fire place to visit with our Graduate and family each day. Staff was very nice and helpful. We would definitely choose to stay here again.
