The warm breakfast buffet was not very good. The potatoes were not cooked fully. You should never serve smoked sausage for breakfast., the eggs were decent. The fruit was fresh.

Was given a handicap room. Did not ask for or require a handicap room. Had water running under curtain onto the rest of the bathroom.

Location was very good. Not sure what we were charged $4.20 for a resort fee. Our room was super clean and the bed was very comfortable.

The super-sized ROACH that was in our room. Tried to tell desk staff but no one was at the desk time of checkout. Although they serve breakfast, just go to the Cracker Barrel next door. You have to squeeze between the toilet and shower to get in and out the restroom while opening the door. Room overall could've been more tidy as I found the TV with splatters of something, dusty lamps and some splatters by the bathroom sink of something. Beds were clean.

Free parking, breakfast and cancelations if needed. Found out by manager that they do still allow pets. Can adjust the ac but doesn't go under 71 it was still very cool inside while sleeping.

The room is ok but not well maintained. Curtains needs to be replaced. The soap/lotion dispensers are broken and won’t dispense. The sofa bed and carpet has stains like no one attempted to clean it. We could hear the vacuum cleaner from inside our room all morning while watching tv. Not soundproof!

Breakfast was ok. Not a lot of options. What I REALLY didn't like was being charged $186.66 too much for my room. Nor do I like having even more than that "pending" on my card but supposedly it will adjust in 7-14 business days. Oh, and the "resort" fee they tacked on was irritating even if it was less than $5 a day. I also really disliked the attitude when I called them about it.

The desk staff were great. Location is great.

The room could have been a tad bit cleaner on the walls and such but it was comfortable and had everything we needed. But there were no dirty/smoke smells.

Staff was very friendly and welcoming, which is very important to me. Room was comfortable, quiet and stocked. The complimentary breakfast was a really great plus.

First Room carpet was SOILED...sofa cushions/sofa needed to be REPLACED..really bad conditon. We had a 2 year old we would not allow to be barefooted in. BREAKFAST on a Saturday was NOT READY and very LIMITED to what we are use to when staying at a STAYBRIDBE/IH property.

2 people don't fit on a bed. Cockroach was inside the room. Preventative maintenance entered room to do an inspection. Following day, I was assigned to another different room, another worker entered the room without knocking for who knows what, worker just entered looked around and left. Business printer wasn't working.

MOLD growing EVERYWHERE!!! The first room had mold growing all over the bathroom and was all over the ceiling. When I complained to the front desk they changed our room, however, there was still mold and the AC unit leaked all over the floor.

Half of the parking lot is blocked due to construction. The remaining parking is shared with another hotel. Both nights we had to park down the road at another business and walk to the hotel. The pool is closed and staff said you can use the other hotels pool across the parking lot. This should be disclosed before booking, I would have just booked the other hotel! Half of the 4th floor was blocked off due to remodeling with supplies everywhere.

I paid ahead I. March for an April room. Got to the desk, Booking didn’t pay for room, which I had already paid in advance. Cancel Booking, I paid a second time at the desk on the property. I tried to get refund for the room I paid for in advance, nope. Several receipts turned in… nope…. Booking.com is a Pyramid Scheme!! They will take your money like bitcoin and never refund you!! Replace towels at least when we requested. We came back from the beach. We had no clean towels when my husband went down to ask for some they said they didn’t have any until the morning. I believe this was very poor service. How are you not going to have clean towels for a guest that paid for two nights. If I didn’t have my towels from the beach I would have caused a scene. They were lucky I had my towels. Then the elevator didn’t work to go downstairs from the 3 floor. We had to take all of our things down three floors.

The little kitchen was nice.
