United StatesStaff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good. My only complaint would be that the property itself needs upkeep. The sheets and room were clean (no housekeeping complaints) but the couch was stained and furniture generally worn out.
Staff was friendly and seemed genuinely happy to assist. I forgot my toothbrush and they had extras on hand.

United StatesUnfortunately, the pool was out of order, but we realize that was something that wasn't the fault of the hotel. One of our toilets didn't flush very well and we had a TV remote that wouldn't function properly. It would just turn on the TV, but wouldn't change channels, at least on the right TV. (We even tried switching remotes to a different TV, but that didn't work, so we just weren't able to watch in our room.)
There were 2 staff members that were wonderful! When we checked in on Saturday, the hostess was very helpful and informative and great to visit with. On Sunday, we enjoyed a great breakfast and the server there had a wonderful personality and made us feel welcome. We loved the size of our room!

United StatesHousekeeping never came in to tidy up/restock things. We had to ask for more towels. There wasn't any hand soap for 1 bathroom, had to ask for some. We ran out of kleenexes.
Breakfast was just ok. Nothing spectacular. It was pretty much the same food 3 days in a row. Pool was busted, but we got passes to a pool at a nearby hotel. It was quiet and beds were comfy. We like the convenience of the kitchen. Works great for our big family.

And as recommendation for the housekeeping, they must check under the beds and couches to ensure that no previous trash of any sort is left behind by the previous guests. My child found 1 empty bottle of soda while she was exploring the room.
We loved how cozy the room was. Everything we needed was already there and we did not have any need to call front desk to request for plates and other kitchen utensils. Everyone of the staff we encountered was accommodating and friendly. We would definitely come back to stay again.

United StatesThe hotel was wonderful! If I had to give one downfall, that would be there is no swimming pool. They had a hot tub and sauna. I do believe they are working on getting a pool at some point. I will still stay there every time I’m in Fargo!
One of the best hotels I’ve stayed at! The gentleman at the front desk was kind and made me feel welcomed. I booked the wrong room (needed more than one bed). The staff was so accommodating by moving me and my family to a bigger room the next day as they were completely booked when I checked in. The hotel was clean, the beds were so comfy and the hot breakfast every morning started our day off right.

United StatesWhere do I start? I arrived at the hotel at 245pm, we were told there may be a delay for check in due to no clean rooms. We were lucky enough that we were assigned a room for check in fairly quickly. I prepaid for my room through booking.com so I wasn't concerned about payment, we were asked for a card for incidentals, no big deal. I've stayed at nicer places and usually the deposit isn't more than 50$. Immediately get notification from our bank about the transaction. It was for the entire price of the room, almost 200$. I asked the guy at the front desk, he seems surprised, says he fixed it and as long as it's in "pending status" I'm fine. I don't believe him but the experience has been bad enough that I let it go for now. Get checked in, go up to our room, both cards don't work. Back down to the front desk, given two more keys and told if those don't work they may need to have someone reset the door lock. Those didn't work either. The employee at the front desk is unable to get ahold of the guy that resets the doors so he calls his manager. I'm then told "I'm not sure how long this will be, have a seat in the lobby and I will come get you when your door is fixed. Almost an hour later and a entire full lobby later, "due to no clean rooms being available for anyone" I go up to check on our room. The employee doesn't remember me or that I was waiting on my door to be fixed. I honestly can understand how he could forget how busy it was, but if that's the case don't tell me you'll come inform me when my door is fixed. Instead tell me to come and check with you after an allotted amount of time. Luckily the guy that fixed the door was up at the desk and informed me that my room was opened a bit ago. Given a new room key and finally we get in. Room was decently cleaned, but the pull out sofa had old bed sheets on the mattress with crumbs and stains.
Breakfast and diet coke was pretty decent.
