Only thing that was kinda a bummer was no hot tub but that is minor! Has very many pros but that would be my only con.

It was clean and kept up nice! Even has fridge for all our stuff to be kept cold! Staff was very helpful and friendly!

The room had two very small trash cans. I think at least the kitchen should have a normal sized trash can, since the kitchen was supplied with cookware. Also the pool needs to be updated. It was very small and VERY crowded.

The bed was large, the room was laid out nicely, and the shower was excellent.

We stayed there on our way to southern Ohio, and also when we came back. On our first trip, my husband left his shaving bag. We came back four days later and no one had his shaving bag. That just made me feel like possibly the maids or someone stole his bag. It had an expensive electric razor in it.  It was super disappointing because it could’ve easily been turned in at the front desk and given to us when we came back.

The price, the website indicates a Happy Hour but Monday evening when looking for the location the clerk advised it was not at this location. We were not told the room doesn’t provide housekeeping on a daily basis, I was only told when I asked. We arrived back to the hotel after dinner, 10:00pm and the rear sliding door was wide open. I told the clerk this was unsafe since anyone could walk in and she advised the door always does this there’s nothing that could be done. This was definitely a safety issue for the guests

We left a blue shaving bag there. We stayed once when we landed in Cincinnati and then went back and stayed again before we caught our plane back to Phoenix. In the meantime, we left the shaving bag on the first trip and hoped to pick it up on the second trip, but no one could locate it. That made me feel a little uneasy. I’m hoping that it surfaces. It should be easily tracked back to whoever cleaned that room on the date that we were first there - Sept 22nd.

The hotel room smelled terrible. It was very clean, but it smelled like gym socks. It seems like this may be some sort of intentional fragrance, and one that may be worth changing!

Parking can get busy. The king-size bedroom was much smaller than the double bed one, would not recommend it. Traffic around that area can get bad! Airport noise can get loud depending which room you get.

This is our second stay at this property and we'll probably come back any time we're in town to visit family. I appreciated they are pet-friendly. The suites are a great size, big enough for us, our dog, and our baby's crib - still plenty of space to move around. Make sure to check your kitchen for anything that might be missing, it comes with a lot of stuff but they can provide more utensils if needed. The breakfast has enough options to have different things every day and their outdoor area is really cool! The area has a lot of restaurants!

Hotel was very clean, good part of town, close to restaurants, and surprisingly quiet at night despite being right next to the airport. Breakfast had quite a few options as well.

There needed to be a vinyl type according style door that divides the entrance going into the sink and closet to give little more privacy and not disturb other family members , there were some cobwebs hanging in air above sink . There was not enough t ventilation in bathroom this is coming from a retired building contractor . Ref was good , pillows were great and plenty of them , I could not pick things but I’m also very practical Overall 8.5 -9 David Thomas

The pool water was cold.

We loved everything. We had a suite with a kitchenette, which was perfect for preparing the sandwiches we needed for a day’s events. The only complaint was that the pool water was cold.
