We loved this hotel. We had a suite and it was perfect. The breakfast was also good, especially the waffles! The pool was GREAT!!!! Staff was also friendly. We also liked the workout room. Oh, and the laundry area was clean and free to wash and dry!!! We will definitely stay here again!!!!! We rate it a 10!

The pool was dirty

I liked the layout of the room, the fact that it had dishes and all the stuff you would need to be able to cook a good meal. But I didn't bring any groceries to cook but now that I know, I Wil next time. I loved the young lady who checked us in. She was very helpful, sweet, nice, polite, and Professional. She really mace us feel welcome and we will gor sure, be going back.

I loved everything about this hotel. If we ever go back to Arizona I would stay here again. Our favorite was the heated pool and bonfire area. It was beautiful!

Shower (but in Northern America you have those type of shower everywhere), inability to prolong my stay.

Clean, great location, room was very convenient, big fridge and everything else to prepare your own food, welcoming and helpful reception.

The only thing that bothered us was that you could really hear the folks in the room above us walking around.

The staff was so nice and attentive The room was clean and comfortable Breakfast was very good with many choices Housekeeping did a great job of cleaning our room and providing fresh towels. We don't see this very often anymore.

I had trouble connecting to internet. Furniture worn.

The lady that checked us in was very nice. a maintenance person was very helpful and even told my grandson a place to fish. Pool was beautiful. Room was great except for a couple broken pieces of furniture. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was great but wished you could have beverages out after 930.

Perfect property to stay at. I love the location, it’s close to fry’s plaza and all good stuff in Gilbert. It’s always clean and neatly inside. I love the plan of rooms, for the hotel room price you get the kitchen (with all amenities), bedroom and small living room. Which is great especially for us with a little baby that we could put to sleep in the bedroom and have some rest in a living room.

I liked everything. What's not to like. How could anyone complain? The staff was very friendly and helpful. The place was clean. Offered soda at breakfast for those that drink soda. Everything you wold want for breakfast was there.

We didn't have enough towels for our needs. We had to ask for more. We also had to ask for more toilet paper.

One of our best stays in a hotel. I loved the full size fridge and appliances. The convenience of having a clothes washer and dryer available. The breakfast yogurt bar was heavenly!

The only drawback, the bed was a little high for my wheelchair transfer. Other than that it was great. The room even had Ada curtain pulls that most places don't consider

The room was large, very clean and on the top floor overlooking the pool which was lovely. The pool was excellent and the staff friendly. Great to have a separate lounge area.
