I think people should be informed about a deposit when checking in. Also I was under the impression that they charge your card the day you arrive. I read a form charge when you arrive not the day of. Anyways $50 deposit was notified via email or when booking. I did not like how that was added before we could get the key. Other than that I love the place would return.

The bed was really comfortable. Our room was clean. The hotel is really close to the airport, ideal for an overnight layover. I appreciated the free shuttle service to and from the airport.

This hotel is under rated. You have basically a small apartment. I went to Walmart to pick up snacks and food. Then , I was set. The kitchen had all the basics to make a meal. The room was clean and comfortable. The airport is really close, but not close enough to hear planes overhead. I would definitely return!!

We have been in Houston to see my doctor at MDAnderson. Took our rental car back & were staying at this hotel overnight because it is close to the airport. Our flight got canceled 3 different times & rescheduled. So we've been stuck here for 4 nights so far. Although we found out we weren't stuck here.. we were truly lucky to be here at this hotel! It's a beautiful hotel. The staff are exceptional. The breakfast they serve are wonderful. And last night they had a meet & greet for supper & it was delicious food. I just can't say enough about this hotel. Very clean rooms. Comfy beds. All the amenities of home. We've decided from now on we'll stay here even tho we'll have a little drive into Houston for my doctor appointments. That's just how nice it is! I would definitely recommend this hotel!
