Pull out mattress on the couch was more uncomfortable than most pull outs I’ve slept on. Nevertheless, it wasn’t unbearable and I still slept just fine.

Exceptional customer service! I called and requested early check-in to be able to decorate our suite for my son’s birthday, & the manager made it happen! Thankyou! I got the one-bedroom suite w/ two queen beds. The space was impeccable- clean, roomy, and updated. The stove, dishwasher, & refrigerator/freezer worked just fine. The pool area was nice & clean. Not as big as other pools I’ve encountered, but just enough space for a child’s party of 7. Breakfast was more than continental! Cereal, bagels, eggs, b&gravy, ham, waffles, etc! Plenty of drink options, and plenty of room to eat comfortably. Plenty of towels, rags, soap, hair cleanser, & extra blankets in suites closet.

The pool was ‘closed’ for maintenance during/after breakfast which is when we were looking forward to swimming before we checked out so that was highly disappointing to the kids. The front hotel staff in the AM was horrible (the guy at night when we checked was great). She was young, easily annoyed by children, not helpful, and basically flat out rude. The sausage patties at breakfast were gross.

I appreciated the amount of space in the room we had. The full sized fridge was phenomenal! The room itself felt homey, clean, and comfortable. The breakfast was great. The smaller portioned waffle maker was a kid favorite. I particularly loved the yogurt bar especially the fresh fruit (although I wish there was an alternative to dairy yogurt). Free laundry is always a plus!

The size of the room was huge. It had a full kitchen with all basic kitchen amenities, dishes and bowls, crockeries etc. the beds were comfy. The breakfast options were good for all ages and had everything in it. The complementary evening snack along with beverages (alcoholic ones as well) were great too - meatball marinara, broccoli, bread, and so much more as snacks. The outdoor seating area had a cool decor l. The swimming pool was maintained. Location was very good.

Laundry room was dirty. Upon arrival our bedsheets had food on them but the staff did give us clean sheets after we asked/told them why. Pool was small.

Some noise since it's right on the train tracks and parking after 8pm is a hike. Very large police presence one night but that could have been an isolated incident.
