I was not notified that the airport shuttle was not running. I had emailed the property prior to my arrival to ask about the shuttle schedule. I was told every 30 minutes from the airport. After waiting for more than 30 minutes, I called the hotel. He told me the shuttle was not running and to take a cab. Since it was pouring rain and there were not many places to wait under cover, I was soaked by the time I got to the hotel. My room was not ready. The clerk at the checkin desk was not very pleasant and there needed to be more than one person at the desk. Hot tub was not hot. Not enough waffle makers for the number of people at breakfast.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

Breakfast always short of supply. Better get refilled in time. No room cleaning over the weekend, nor towel supply until reached front desk. (traffic) Noise cancellation not good enough.

The bathtub faucet was leaking. When we arrived, the drain was stopped, so I assume the staff was aware of the issue. We only stayed one night, so it wasn't a huge inconvenience. The pet policy was not explained well on site we used to book our stay. When we arrived, the person at the front desk was a little rude and also did not explain the pet policy. I had to reasearch online to completely understand the policy.

The room was pleasant. I appreciated the large ceilings. It was nice that the kitchen was fully stocked with dishes and utensils.

My room had some moving floor tiles in the bathroom, so I was fearful I was going to cut my foot on the floor. There was also some duct tape on the floor from a carpet to tile transition which I though was kind of unprofessional. The moveable ottoman in the rooms had some broken wheels which made them very difficult to move about the room.

Staff was great, informative and helpful. Breakfast area was clean and well maintained and stocked throughout the breakfast service.

The jacuzzi needed to be cleaned there was a lot of green activity going on in it and we asked for someone to come clean it but no one did , also the couch in our suite and the mattress had a very mildewy smell to it that lingered onto your clothing if you sat or laid on it which was pretty disgusting we had to ask for extra sheets to cover the smell best as possible on the bed and then covered the couch with sheets and sprayed it with air freshener which only masked the smell but it still lingered and was quite annoying

I didn't like that it was not consistent with room amenities. On room had a smart t.v and Bluetooth ihome radio. My next room was standard but I paid same price.

One of the entrances was closed off so we had to go up the road in the dark and turn around. Just a little off putting not being familiar with the town.

I didn't like how the shower did not have a space to use my personal body wash.

I like the size of the studio room. Full size refrigerator, and they did not charge for breakfast like other places that charge $20 just for continental.

The hallways were hot. Our room tile was loose and the bathroom fan did not work. Also there was no method to the breakfast and staff was very slow.

The Monday through Wednesday managers welcome eve……well, the hors d’oeuvres were a joke. Otherwise, the stay was fine.

Booking took $1,216.78 from my credit card 3weeks prior to my checkout which I had to pay 30%interest so it cost me more to book with them than if I booked directly with the hotel. Also I was forced to pay $150.00 deposit when I signed in of which booking did not advise me. I was told parking would be $12.00 daily but it was really 15.00 daily. Booking showed the following facilities which were NOT there 1) laptop safe 2) sound proof, next to freeway and airport, 3) IPod dock 4) clock 5) full length mirror 6) view of courtyard. My view was of the freeway.

The breakfast was mid quality hotel food, but there was a large variety of it. Parking could get competitive.

The location is close to CSULB which was helpful for us, but also not very close to off site shopping/restaurants. The rooms were lovely and the kitchen was well appointed and ready to use. Liked the cubes that served as coffee table or foot rests if needed (when the pullout wasn't open). The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom large. We brought our dog and she was happy on site (they even provided a magnet to put on the door frame to let housecleaning know she was there.
