Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

No batteries in the TV remote. I hap to replace with my own batteries. The TV was difficult to change channels. No TV guide.

the Bird poop at the west entrance was nasty... also walking outside there always wondering about getting pooped on. Need to put bird deterrent on ledge above door... Also - sounded like a mouse in wall chewing stuff.

The room wreaked of smoke. I know this is the fault of inconsiderate patrons before me so I hate to ding the hotel for this, but they needs to have professional teams to come in and get the smoke smell out.

Parking is minimal, the hallway and the room we were in had a bad smell, almost like a sewer smell. Even spraying my perfume didn't help. Also, service dogs are not allowed in breakfast area.

Breakfast only until 9:30. We are from time zone more west and could not get e in time. Would be nice if until 10:00. Shower not too good. No ice machines and ice makers not hooked up in fridges

Wish there were more breakfast options. I wish there were travel sized toiletries available to purchase at the hotel.
Clean, bed and sheets felt clean and very comfy. Loved that there were multiple restaurants in walking distance to the hotel. Great location, Walmart is just a short drive from the hotel.

Construction nearby had parking limited. That will resolve soon I'm sure. Overall, it was very good and staff was excellent.
Our family could stay in the 2-bedroom arrangement, with my daughter and her 2 children in one bedroom, my husband and myself in the other. It was clean with a kitchenette, and very comfortable. Staff was excellent.

We have stayed here previously and breakfast was really good. This time it was ok. They had a limited amount out which I understand with higher costs. But employees were a bit rude this visit. We witnessed the lady who was taking care of food come up to a gentlemen and tell him “it’s the same thing that was here earlier” gentleman had a confused and embarrassed look on his face and had to tell her she must have confused him with someone else. Front desk was not friendly at all. We asked for an extra hour since our baseball games did not start until late in the afternoon and they refused a late check out due to it being a weekend.
Nice size room, decent breakfast.

It is not a new property. As such there were some items (cook top, ventilation fan in bathroom) that did not work well. Not as fresh as preferable.
The location. Hotel is adjacent to restaurant row. Almost any type dining is within walking distance.

The carpet was dirty and stained. It was very noticeable.

The rooms I got fell short of expectations. I came with my family of 7 and we were not kept together as I requested though my family had fun there I must confessed. I was also embarrassed by the hotel receptionist on checking out. He almost held us hostage claiming that we have not settled our hotel bills meanwhile I paid the full bill for 19 days before I was checked in the day we arrived. I almost missed my flight because of it as it almost turned messy. I had earlier been embarrassed too by another receptionist who also claimed I had not settled my hotel bills despite my explanation that they should ask their colleague that checked us in on the day we arrived and who actually brought the POS machine where payment was made. They need to get organised in their accounts and stop these embarrassing situations

Was a little not creepy but had to be paying attention walking down the halls. Things these days and people are hurting inherent people. Just a be safe as you walk down main hall. Too many blind spots

The back door entry needs to be cleaned. It was covered in bird poop.
The room was a nice size, and we liked the kitchen. We did not like that the TVs didn’t work. Neither TV worked.

The TV in the room was hard to hear even at full volume.

They charged a $75 pet fee for only one night which wasn’t explained anywhere until we arrived . Also, the room was on an upper floor with the pet and seemed as though there were stains (maybe from other pets) on the rugs; would bring and wear flip flops throughout the entire room.
The room was fully equipped. It was quiet so we were able to rest well and it was very comfortable. Breakfast was varied and stocked well.
