We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

I want to give a BAD review to booking.com. I made reservations for the hotel through booking.com a couple months in advance. However, I found out when I checked in that booking.com did not communicate my reservation with the hotel. We did a room at the time and place, but that was because of the hotel itself, not because of booking.com.
The staff at Staybridge had to make a last-minute reservation for me. I was fortunate that they had a room available for the 6 nights we needed.

We liked everything!
The Cook, FRONT DESK STAFF(Desirae) Absolutely enjoy the Social hour. Our kids look forward to it. Tha fact that all staff shows genuine concern when they realize that we are there for medical reasons for our daughter. Many many surgeries at Masonic Children’s Hospital. She is always very sick after surgeries and staff is always trying anything to make her more comfortable.

There was nothing I really didn’t like about my stay. I think the beds were a little uncomfortable but not to say that for everyone

There was some trouble with the plumbing, and we had to stay in another room for 1 night that was a little inconvenient.
The hotel was very clean and the swimming pool was excellent for family use. Fair food for breakfast where we could make our own waffles. There was a variety of other food, ie bacon, sausage omelette. The location was very good with local shops and restaurants nearby.

Missed having a large ice machine, but staff was kind enough to get us ice from the breakfast kitchen. There is ice available in the room, but it an in-freezer option and went slower than our group required.
Staff was so kind and helpful. Really did a good job of making us all feel welcome.

All really within the borders of expectation. Taking out trash / trash storage in the room could be better organized for the long-stay hotel.
Conveniently close to all the institutions, shopping and dining in Maple Grove. In our case, closeness to the health institutions was particularly important.

I would have liked a little more meat choices for breakfast like bacon/sausage

We booked the two full bed suite. The room was very spacious, with a nice sitting area and mini kitchen. The rooms would be great for long stay as well as short stays! The hotel had a great outside patio with grills, fire pit and basketball court! We stayed a Friday evening and people were outside socializing all evening! The hotel had a pool and hot tub. Pool was on the smaller side but it was nice and clean.

The TV location, if it was switched with the couch near the desk it would have been prefect but I did see the AC/heater was on the wall that would have not made the couch fit.

Breakfast had many options. The food was fresh. Staff were busy keeping everything clean and stocked.
