Spacious, clean, exceptional breakfast, friendly staff!

Took hot water a very long time to get warm then hot. Would definitely stay here again regardless of this minor issue though!

I liked that we had a 2 bedroom suite, full kitchen

The suite was not in working order. The bedroom that the air conditioner was in had froze up and there was a huge fan trying to thaw it down and the carpet in the living room behind the T.V. was wet so the staff had to send us up the road about 15 minutes and we stayed at the Hilton Homes2Suites. It wasn’t a suite, and didn’t have the full size kitchen. We just didn’t enjoy the trip for 11 days that we had to stay for.

Many maintenance issues not addressed. The kitchen floor has water underneath. The vanity in the bathroom and the closet trim was pieced back together. The ac in the bedroom was louder than a jet engine. Temperature control wasn't working properly. We were told the ac in the hallway was broken. I've stayed here many times but it's time for some improvements.

Floors and chairs in sitting areas inside and outside the rooms could have definitely been cleaner.

Very clean, only thing we didn’t like was the carpet in the living room area needed updating. Booked for a wedding and needed a place with a kitchen. It had basically everything we needed. We were very pleased. Good breakfast. My other family stayed in Sheraton 5 min away and wished they had booked the same place. You get more for your money. Just needed updated indoor rugs and room were nicer than the one at Sheraton hotel 5 min away.

It was graduation week and seems like the property was oversold. We stepped out of the room one evening and when we returned back to our surprise we discovered people in our room who were allocated same room. it was shocking to find how could this blunder was done by the hotel staff. When we approached the on duty hotel staff they tried to justify their act without any apology.

The rich variety of breakfast and social dinner, all day-long water and coffee, clean and spacious hotel room, free laundry , and friendly service of front desk receptionists and house-keepers

The magnetic key to my room frequently failed to work

Very clean, comfortable and welcoming.

Property was clean & staff was very friendly.

Key pad was not working, so all guests had to use the main entrance when entering the hotel and staff never communicated when checking in. As a matter of fact several guests were complaining outside and told me.

Someone was cooking and the smell was very intrusive.

The overall stay was decent.

I had to get my room changed because the first room smelt like mold or mildew. The room that we were transferred too still had an awful smell.

Cleanliness, old building, old furniture , needs to be refreshed, the smell in the room

The housekeeper failed to clean the toilet and vacuum. The toilet seat had residue (dirt/dead skin) all over it; it was visibly disgusting. I asked for a housekeeper to come clean it, but everyone had left for the day. I was given cleaner to clean it myself.
