We didn't like that our stay had to be so short! It was a very nice and relaxing hotel.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was perfect for us. We lived that we ended up with a walk-in shower since my husband has CP. He can manage a tub shower alright, usually, but the walk-in is much easier. Our 2 teenagers thought the pool was great and the basketball court! The court yard was beautiful, and the seating areas in the courtyard were very nice. Breakfast was very good, as well.

The rooms were very clean and well appointed. The facility was secure and the staff was very accommodating. The beds were comfortable, and so were the pillows.

The pool was really cold and the area around the pool was very slippery. Hot tub was nice. Pull out bed not the most comfortable.

Breakfast was changed up a little every day. The options were above average. The room was not the same room pictured upon online reservation but was a nice room with quality toiletries and a full stocked kitchenette! You could travel light with this hotel and be perfect. Every Staff member we encountered was super nice.

Had a great stay so not maybe things we didn’t like. It’s a bit dated with the furniture in the room pretty heavily used, but especially for the price, we didn’t mind at all.

We stayed two night at Staybridge for a hockey tournament in the area. Booked the 1-bedroom suite for 2 adults and 2 kids and that worked out great! Separate sitting room for when kids are in bed, or for 1 kids wakes up earlier. Complementary breakfast is simple, but I think it was great! The Taxes shaped waffles (you could make yourself) were a great hit with our kids! I liked the yoghurt, eggs, cheese, toast. Sleep was very comfortable. Very quiet in the night. Pool was nice for the kids. Front desk staff very friendly. Overall, a very pleasant stay and I would definitely book again if we had to be in the area again.

I found it odd you had to walk outside to get to the indoor pool. It was rainy, but warm, so no big deal. But if it was cold and snowy (yeah, I know, it's Dallas) I'm not sure if the grandkids would want to venture out wearing swimsuits to go swimming (which they love). The pool water was warm. The area clean. Plenty of towels. Bathrooms were inside near the lobby. None in the actual pool area.

The room is an actual suite. We booked a separate bedroom and living area. It's right off the PGB Tollway. Walmart/Sam's is a mile away. Sonic, Whataburger, Rosa's, Dunkin (and many other) restaurants are ½-1 miles away. As are two convenience stores. It is all very easy to get to. The employees were friendly enough. The breakfast was your standard breakfast. (Real) eggs. Waffle machine. Oatmeal. Cereal. Bagels/Toast. Yogurt. Misc fruit and nuts. Coffee and Juice/Cokes. The second day was Chicken & Waffles breakfast. The room was clean. The water pressure was great. The shower head was high enough that my 6'3" husband didn't have to get in his knees just to wash his hair. There was an outdoor grill area and gas fireplace/lounge area. Overall, we enjoyed the room space and convenience to nearby stores, etc. As it being 24/25th of Dec, service was limited. You could request service, but we did not. So I can't really rate 'service'.
