Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.

The only complaint I can think of is the TV didn't work on certain channels. The pillows were a little too soft but I prefer a firm pillow. Other than that everything was so great!
Loved the overall look of the hotel! Everything was very modern and clean. Loved the full kitchen and the walk in showers. The beds were comfy. Loved the vanity mirror above the sink. The staff were all amazing. Check in was very easy and quick. I was signed up for rewards. Check out was easy just empty our trash out systems were down so they just emailed me my final bill.

I would appreciate if there were filtered water machine stations. I had to use the one juice dispenser in the downstairs kitchen, which was a little cumbersome and got messy. Also many of the hand sanitizer stations were empty.
ABSOLUTELY EVERYTHING ABOUTH THE HOTEL WAS EXEMPLARY!!! It felt like it was in a five star hotel it was so luxurious!!! I highly enjoyed the apartment feel of the king suite. The amenities were more than helpful like the makeup remover wipes and high quality soaps. Breakfast was various, delicious and highly satisfying. The hotel is absolutely worth the price!

You have to trade your ID for access to the the swimming pool. It's a bit of inconvenience. My tv didn't work for the living room. The manager gave us a discount for the trouble.
Clean spacious rooms swimming pool and hot tub it also has a gym and laundry. Free delicious breakfast it was a nice get away..

One minor thing was the shower. I wish the opening was on the opposite end. Like I said, a very minor detail that didn't affect my rating :)
The bed was comfy and the room was spacious. Breakfast was great and I was super thankful for a meat option that was not pork.

Staff were very kind and helpful! Facilities were good. Was mostly clean (linen, bathrooms) but a bit dusty. Location is not so good if you don’t have a car. Breakfast was fantastic including very fresh fruit and breads. High price for the area but was a comfortable stay.

The location was not what I anticipated. Thought it would be a bit closer to where the fun is versus tucked away near not much of anything. The breakfast was not great. Better than some but definitely could be better. Also, the in-unit phone was dirty.
The staff, the cleanliness and newness of the place was great. Love the Dove products. The couch was clearly unstained, which brought me much relief! Love that there is a noon checkout!!!

My room was cold and didn't get much warmer when I turned up thetemp, butthere had been a significant change in weather with abig temp drop outside so probably not the fault of the facility

Everything was great!! The staff was FANTASTIC!! The entire facility was clean. Nothing absolutely nothing was out of place. Even with the breakfast... it was the cleanest I have ever seen at any hotel. Worth it! Wish my trip was longer.

No towels at the swimming pool.
Loved the pool and hot tub. The outside atmosphere was perfect. The fire pit was awesome. Very clean and quiet. The room was so big for our family. Very comfortable (Even the pull out bed).
