Found the aircon a bit louder than expected

Location was perfect for us. It was a 35mins walk along a great river pathway to Ohio State University. We didn’t have a car but the no1 bus stopped right in front of the hotel which went right downtown (need a Cota card or $1 bills). Lots of great restaurants close walk. We liked a bakery called “Tous Les Jours” and the Chinese restaurant in the nearby “The City” apartment complex. The hotel staff were super friendly and helpful. The beds were excellent. The breakfast was better than expected The kitchen was handy and equipped well enough to cook a simple meal. Large fridge. The washing machine/dryers were complimentary but it’s BYO detergent Was very happy with our 2 week stay

The room was very clean, and the bed was very comfortable. It was close to the schottenstein which was convenient for us. Would stay here again.

When my floor,the 4th floor had a incident which caused the smoke alarm to go off as well as created a lot of smoke in the hall and for residents to evacuate,nothing was explained unless you asked. No staff member told us to evacuate or that we could return to our rooms until someone in your area asked. It was very unorganized and then I was told I never had to evacuate my room after sitting in the lobby for about 20 minutes. It was also late and woke people up. Millie however was very apologetic.

Millie was a very nice person. She gave you the vibe that you were her out of town guest. She was very accommodating.

Nice location, close to to many places to eat. In the king suites loved that you can shut the door to the room where you sleep

Toilet seat loose. Toilet paper and tissue very low quality and rough No light by long mirror. Mirror in bathroom dim. No way to properly put on makeup. Hair conditioner had shampoo mixed in with it— it bubbled - suds. Couldn’t get any food for early flight— breakfast starting 7 too late for me.

Rattling heating unit in room is noisy: needs attention. So-so soundproofing: early morning street noise very loud from upper floor.

Very comfortable accommodations. Convenient location: easy access to 315, and to OSU campus. Great breakfast with excellent selection of hot and cold food.

Great stay really didn't care for the had to remove your vehicle at 11am or else it would be towed. Really didn't understand that! Also the bathroom door handle was broke and the toilet tissue dispenser. Everything else was good!

The suite room lacked some simple cleanings as it had some dirty spots on the walls around the kitchen area. The bathroom showed signs of water damage with bubbled flooring and rusty metal features. The breakfast, although decent, left a lot to be desired. Very few choices and some of the “hot” food was not very hot at all. Soda machine in the breakfast area was also not turned on.

Hotel staff was extremely nice and pleasant. The hotel looked very nice and closely located near the OSU campus. Great value for the money. Room and bed were very comfortable.

The posting information is completely incorrect. It says 2 bedrooms but your mgmt says that really is 2 beds. This is completely different. I have asked many people to look at confirmation and they all believe we should have had 2 bedrooms. Complete false advertising. See pictures below
