The elliptical cross-trainer wasn't working. This also happened to me at another Staybridge in Buffalo, New York.

There was an overnight staff member who was very rude and uninviting. Both nights he told us the pool was closed and upon check in we were told it was 24/7. I asked for an ice bucket and he walked to the back and slammed the door and handed it to me without a bag. I asked if there was a bag to put in the bucket and he replied nope. He talked to my children wreckless. & when I purchased stuff out of the snack section he told me my total. I tried to swipe my card multiple times and he sat there while looking irritated. After about 5 swipes he asked if I was going to pay, I told him I had been trying. He responded rudely with “you didn’t tell me you were using a card”. Next night when we got done swimming my fiancé told him the pool needed towels and he said “ok so”. My fiancé then asked him if he heard what he said and the guy said “I heard you”. Both nights we encountered him he was blatantly rude. The other staff we encountered were vey polite and helpful.

Property is absolutely beautiful. Our room was big and clean and the breakfast was fantastic! They now have their pool, workout center, and laundry 24/7 which is nice.

Fire place in the suite did not work. Hot tub in the pool area not open.

Very nice suite with Kitchenette. Made it nice for our 2 day stay. Breakfast was delicious and had lots of choices so everyone was happy.

A/c has no fresh air. Can’t open windows so room was stuffy unless full ac was blowing then cold on the couch but warm still in the bed.

The toilet squealed really loudly when flushed, and the heater made loud, knocking sounds whenever it came on. Also, I guess the place flooded last week, so the hot tub downstairs with the pool was out, as well as the hotel gym because that flooded. Also, we tried to switch rooms and couldn't because 3 of the 6 hot tub rooms were out of order, and the other two were occupied. The place could definitely use a bit of work right now.

The hot tub in the room was super nice and the breakfast was great.

Our room was not the cleanest, especially the bathroom. Floor tiles were breaking off, had to kill spiders in there too. There was no comforter for the spare bed. Also the elevator didn't seen to be running well.

Breakfast went late every morning which is great for families like mine that don't wake up at the crack of dawn. Staff was very friendly!

Had a couple of issues during my stay the fire alarm system malfunctioned the first night and kept going off until approximately midnight, we could not enjoy our room due to a family member who suffers from seizers so we spent most of the first night in the car. We also had a plumbing issue in our room that caused us to keep having to clean up water and scoop water out of our sink as it continued to overflow every time the room above us used their sink/shower. I brought this to the hotels attention hoping to have maintenance correct this issue or swap room in necessary but they never responded to this issue and we had to deal with it for two days which was a hassle.

The bed was horrible. It was so hard you could play quarters on it. My body hurt soon bad the next day. The room was hot that I never ran the heart, and it was 32 degrees out. The blanket was thin also. Everything needs too be updated.

The place was clean. They staff was very friendly. The breakfast was good. The kitchen was nice and stocked.

We booked a king room with a jetted tub. When we arrived we were told the people who booked that room the day prior decided to stay, and the hotel could not kick them out. They upgraded our room to a king Suite at a discounted rate but it did not have a jetted tub. I feel we should have been contacted and made aware of the situation when it happened. Obviously we booked that room for a reason, and when it wasn't going to be substituted for an equal switch that we were going to be disappointed.

Despite our disappointment with the room switch, the hotel was clean and staff was courteous.

Although clean bathroom appearance was not very nice caulking around tub was done by a child exhaust fan was so loud you didn't want to use it in the bathroom itself is very tight quarters
