Getting our luggage into the lobby from the car was a bit of a chore, as we had to double park on the corner intersection.

The bed and the sleep were supreme. I immediately noticed that the air, both in the room and in the building, was fresh and clean! The studio suite also had a gorgeous and commanding view.

Breakfast was a little chaotic. The staff seemed overwhelmed and unprepared for the amount of people. There were no regular size plates or silverware available for 20 plus minutes. You could hear the kitchen working on it though. Food ran out quickly and wasn't replenished until we were leaving. We spent about 45 minutes in the dining area getting down there around 9:30 and leaving at 10:20. That's when all the food was restocked but at that point we had to pack up our stuff and get ready to check out. In hindsight we should have thought to bring silverware and plates from our room.

Staff was very friendly, room.extremely spacious. Nice to have a full size fridge with the kitchen area. Plenty of extra pillows and great mid town location.

The neighborhood is a bit sketchy. I didn't like that parking wasn't attached or text to the hotel itself.

Non-carpeted portion of the room floor was fairly dirty (socks turned dark, quick). Parking is not terribly inconvenient, but do need to factor that in to total pricing

I didn't like that they didn't Inform me of the 150.00 deposit when you pay upfront online. I found out a few hours before I checked in. That was the only thing I didn't agree with. Why wait til the day of when guest checking in to let them know its another 150.00 on top of the 200.00 that I paid weeks ago.

The paying parking is a little out of the way but not too bad I did find a substance in the parking lot in the morning.

This hotel is wonderful. It’s perfectly clean and smells great. The rooms are huge and perfect for a family. The facilities are great and has everything you might possibly need in the room. They also have convenient text messaging so you can let them know of your needs instantly, and they are prompt with helping. Staff also very professional and courteous. We would definitely go back to staycation. We were just passing through but definitely loved our short stay

The parking was a little awkward and I didn't appreciate the extra, unexpected fee.

We had a very comfortable stay! The room was spacious and quiet, beds and pillows were very comfortable, and the bathroom was updated. I enjoyed the breakfast, especially the sweet potato bites. The cucumber water and cookies in the lobby were a nice treat! We actually used the comfortable and cozy lobby several times to visit with family and eat take out one night- nice chairs and great natural light. Very comfortable stay!

Staff was excellent. Cointa, another woman, and a gentleman helped us check-in and gave us all and any info we needed for our stay. Really, the staff are great. The rooms were very spacious and clean, modern. The location was also great, quiet and free street parking on weekends if you can find it. I sincerely enjoyed my stay and would love to go back if in the area again.

The location of the hotel was near where we were visiting family. The safety features at the hotel helped us to feel safe. The size of the both rooms was nice and clean.

Parking is a little expensive and is around the corner from the hotel. Getting from your car to the hotel lobby Could get interesting if the weather is bad. There was a little mold on the shower door where the water guard was, so that needs to be taken care of.

I had a great room with a nice view of downtown. The rims are super large and look fairly updated. The layout is excellent, and talk about Windows! There is tons of natural light and an excellent workspace for laptops.

When we came down for breakfast there was no coffee, no silverware, and a lot of the options were empty.

Our room was large, clean and updated. Lobby decor was also very inviting.
