The clothes dryer didn’t work, was reported but not fixed as promised. Staff said they worked on it the week before… hmmm… VERY important that if you advertise a washer dryer, that you provide a dryer… our towels began to smell during our stay… ugh. And it would have been nice to take home clean clothes…

There wasn't anything that I disliked during my stay at Sterling Shores III. I plan to return to this property in the future. I'll also plan to let others know about this property as a place to stay while visiting Destin.

Access to the beach. The property very close to many shopping areas and other attractions. The water/beach views were quite nice from the apartment that we stayed in. The pool area was quite nice!

We did not like that the room I booked that was pictured on booking did not have the furniture shown. My husband has severe lung disease and I had searched for a place with a big recliner because he sleeps sitting up and 706 sterling shores had a small leather chair not a recliner so he did not rest well. I did mention it. Room had some issues with dirty bed linens and stains on throw pillows throughout.

Staff was great, Amazing view. Pools were wonderful.

I didn’t like that it took three days to get the TV replaced after it quit working our first night there.

That they called the cops because we found mold throughout both rooms, they didn't want to refund the money nor put us in different rooms. So they called the cops to remove us from the property. Thank heavens for the police because they helped so much with our lawyer and our civil rights lawsuit.

Broken elevator, extreme noise, hidden service charges that were not on the original pre-invoice. We could have stayed at a much nicer condo w/full kitchen for the price we were charged. VERY poor value !

The twin beds are short for people who are above 5 ft 5 inches. The check out time is strictly 1000 AM, wish it was a bit more relaxed and offered extended check out like many hotels. This is not related to the property, but I wish the beach umbrellas and chairs were complimentary for Sterling Shores guests.

The location was excellent. Convenient to the beach and near to many restaurants, local attractions and stores. The room (507) had a great view of the ocean as well as the pool. The apartment had all the facilities needed by a family.

Everything was beyond what I expected. The room was clean and refreshing. We were close to the beach as well as eating area. The pool was fantastic!!!!!!!An the staff was great they made sure my stay was great by calling an making sure I had everything that I needed! Not once did I have to call because they kept check with everything!!LOVED IT AN I WILL HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT TO MY FRIENDS AN FAMILY!!

That the maintenance man can enter into our condo and turn up the AC that we paid for to use!

I liked having the additional hand held mirror in the master bathroom. The kids liked the view of the ocean, the location and the beach was well kept. The 2 pools were also appreciated. I enjoyed the sidewalks as a great option to run. Really need options for using the restroom when running.
