Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty

- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The hot tub was out of order.
The suite was clean and the staff was friendly. The valet staff was top notch as well. We will be staying here again.

Rooms were not ready for check-in by 4 o’clock. And the toilet in our room either ran all the time or wouldn’t flush.

Rooms were dark and a bit dingy.
We were in St. Louis for a conference at the convention center, so the location was great. Hotel is near some restaurants and a short walk to the Arch and river. The room was large and the bed was comfortable

Staff member was very rude and gave off an attitude like she didn’t want to accommodate me. Other members were nice, efficient, and helpful. Could be cleaner in some areas.

The room on the 5th floor was hot, so we had to turn the AC on. We could hear people outside on the street and in the hallway.
People were kind, offered suggestions for meals, and fixed any issues immediately. They have an evening reception with snacks and drinks daily. The pizza was pretty good for eating at the hotel.

I was sad the pool and hot tub were under construction. I specifically looked for a hotel that listed an indoor pool. The web site did say it was temporarily closed when I booked so I wasn't shocked. I was just hoping it would be open by the time we actually arrived, but it wasn't.
The continental Breakfast was fabulous!! The ease of the valet parking was nice, and the service was friendly and fast. Those were my two top things I liked.

We booked an over night during a band competition at the dome. We did not know this ahead of time. They had kids everywhere, many under the weather, coughing and blowing noses. Pool was packed. We couldn't have breakfast because the line was wrapped around to the hallway. We stayed there for a relaxing overnight to take a break in our travels south. We had hoped to enjoy a nice breakfast before getting on the road but then had to look for a restaurant and pay additional. On top of all the city and state taxes for the overnight stay ($50)
I like our room. The employees were all nice

The happy hour snacks were disappointing; since it was a Sunday, there was no chef and they just offered bags of chips or pretzels - not very classy considering how nice everything else was. Also I thought the valet rate was a bit high, but the drivers were very nice.
Nice property, clean, helpful staff. The breakfast buffet and omelette station were great!!

The pool was DIRTY and murky. Couldn't see anything below the water. The pool was 3ft deep, you should be able to see your waist and feet. The hot tub had puke or something floating in it. Pretty gross. 😬
We LOVED our check-in host! She remembered us at checkout. She was SO nice!! Breakfast, snacks, and complimentary drink hour was nice too! Honestly everything was great. Except for the pool. Huge disappointment.

I didn’t like that i learned i would have to use valet parking after i booked the room. The valet parking was ok just not what i would have preferred.
Loved our room! It was clean, spacious, comfortable and just made the trip nice. Breakfast was good. The other amenities were very nice.

Valet parking is the only option offered by the hotel which caused a little bit of wait after checkout even though we requested the car early before heading out of the room.
breakfast was good and with multiple options available. The dining area was big but I see it getting a little crowder sometimes it's hard to find a spot. Go early
