The cottage we stayed in needs a lot of repairs. The bathroom floor had several broken and loose tiles and the floor felt unstable. Cabinet knobs were loose, etc. Just needs some better maintenance.

It is a cute village feel.

The bar and restaurant at the pool. Slow service to no service. Do not eat at the restaurant. The staff seemed less than thrilled that they had customers. Our wifi didnt work...called 3 times and went to the desk twice. They kept saying maintenance was going to check it out. Turns out they gave us the incorrect log in and password at checkin. When you have kiddos who want to play on devices during down time...it was a slight issue.

Location is good for getting around Branson on less traffic routes. Resort landscape is well maintained. Quiet area. Beautiful scenery. The 4 bedroom cottage was excellent for our family (each had their own floor) and space. Pool and small Waterpark was great for the kids.

Very pushy time share sales person, A/C barely working, hornet issue in the upstairs bathroom, cobwebs everywhere, commode left in front yard for days, paint chipping from pool left blue all over our hair and bathing suits. Seems like it’s understaffed and too big for them to manage. Stay was fine but underwhelming for the money we paid.

Cottages are very cute and nicely themed. Spacious and well equipped for longer stay.

We were disappointed that the houses weren't together as requested and also had been confirmed they would be. The pool needed shocked (very cloudy). We didn't like the heavy sales pitch after check in.

The homes were nice. The staff was pleasant. Our family did have a good time during our stay.

The milkshake bar advertises as speciality but milkshakes but they were not doing them when we stayed! And the front desk was not helpful at all and rude! Check in was at 4 we didn’t get into our room till after 6:30 and that was after multiple calls to the front desk. And all they would say is we will call you back and never did!!

The house and location were great! Great big pool with small kid options along with a big slide! It was easy access or following on property.

Pool areas were kind of a free-for-all at times with tweens taking running start across the pool deck and jumping into a pool that’s not very big, making a challenging and dangerous for younger kids to enjoy the pool at times. A couple of minor things with the housekeeping staff. They came to our door the day before we were supposed to check out, thinking we were checking out and we were not even out of bed yet. And checkout day, they rang our doorbell about 8:30 AM checking to see if we were out yet. Seems like there should be a better system to communicate with the housekeeping staff.

Great location, about five minutes from downtown and 10 minutes from Silver Dollar city. Cottages have great space and are very comfortable. Good variety of amenities.

The beds were very uncomfortable, to the point my wife and I both woke up with back pain. For the record we had been fine when we arrived. The cleanliness could be a little better. My wife found smeared feces on the bathroom cabinets, the floors were dirty too, our kids were barefoot in the cottage and it showed on their feet. This is a “vacation property” so they do try to sell you on listening to a talk in exchange for $$.

The location was great, with tremendous views, easy to get to, and not far from the main Branson attractions. The staff was friendly, the amenities on property were good, and the amenities in the house were what was needed.

Housekeeping needs improvement. We left this house much cleaner than we found it. Upstairs bed was hard as a rock. Downstairs bed was ok. Couch was covered in hair and very hard as well.

Enjoyed the individual house. Good location, not far from most attractions. Food at restaurant was good.

The floor was filthy! Our baby’s feet, legs, and clothes got BLACK from crawling on the floor, and that was after being there only 10 minutes! After asking, they did come to mop the floor but couldn’t come til the next day. Was a little better after that but still got our baby dirty.

Check-in staff was not honest with me about signing up for a preview! I did not want to do this but I was signed up without my knowledge or permission and charged a $100 deposit for it. You do NOT have to do this when using booking.com so do not let them swindle you into it!

The big pool was not the cleanest. We noticed a lot of hair floating and the water had so many chemicals you couldn’t see the bottom of the pool.

Loved the cottage we stayed in. It was perfect. We were able to walk to the pool. The pool and restaurant on the property were fantastic.

We were greeted upon arrival by a time share salesmen. I was not made aware that this was a time share resort before booking. They were very kind when asking to do the timeshare presentation but got pushy when we said we were not interested. Then, they proceeded to call or text every day of our vacation. Our sheets were dirty, the washer was too small to wash the sheets in, the front office was closed at the time we were trying to go to bed. They did have an emergency line, but we did not feel it was an emergency. We were brought clean sheets the next morning. The cottage had very little cookware. It was extremely difficult to make a meal for a family with 1 small skillet. We only had enough hot water for 2 people to shower at a time.

The pool and Waterpark area was very nice. Cottage was cute and roomy.
