The breakfast use some work. Potatoes were very Chunky and raw. Sausage tasted like it was freezer burnt..it had a weird taste. Not much fruit to choose from. Sorry everything else was excellent. I would stay again anyway.

Clean room. Beds are more firm so not super comfortable to us. About a hour and half from checkout a staff member tried to just walk into our room had to quickly tell them we were still in using the room. Felt rushed to leave so we quickly packed up and left to get ready somewhere else. Wish they provided at least a couple bottles of water.

Beds were firm and wish they were softer, but everyone is different. Pillows need to be fluffier as well. Coffee in the lobby needs upgraded.

There were 2 families with small children also staying on our floor. They were talking in the halls and kids were running and yelling late at night and again 7am outside our rooms. Not a fault of the hotel. However, it impacted the quietness and some people do not recognize that sound travels easily especially in hallways.

Location was excellent directly off of Route 8. Exercise room and pool looked nice but we did not use. Breakfast was good-- wish there were more low carb options. Bonus was a Blink EV charger (for a fee) in the hotel parking lot.

It's been almost a week, and there is still a second, higher charge pending on my credit card. It was supposed to fall off the next day. The correct charge is also on my card (which it should be.)

Especially in the afternoon & evenings, there was no one visible at the front desk. You just had to stand there (no bell, no nothing to alert you were there) and hope someone would come out. Checking in took forever (a good 15 minutes, no one else in line). Minimal effort seemed to be the goal behind the front desk.

The room was very comfortable. Breakfast was just fine. The premises were kept nicely. The location to the national park was good. Restaurants were nearby.

The staff was friendly, helpful. It was quiet and comfortable. There was a water issue when I returned from a concert, but it was a city problem and they freely gave me water and were apologetic. It was not their fault. They did a good job during a difficult period. Great job!

All was well, staff was great. The morning after my first night stay, when i showered the tub did not drain at all. I went down to the front desk & they immediately changed my room. They even sent me help to transfer. The part that really disappointed me was thst I left my dress raincoat in the closet in the first room. By the time I remembered, someone had stolen it.

A microwave in room would have been nice, but one in lobby area sufficed. I had requested room on 1st floor and booking said it was agreed. But that wasn’t the case when I arrived. Only room available was 3rd floor . My dog is very apprehensive in elevator…I couldn’t take stairs ..bad ankle. But we managed.

During check in front desk clerk was no where, then he came out it was a very quick process, seems like he was in a hurry to get back to whatever he was doing, he didn't even ask for ID, gave me only one key, then he was gone, did not even tell me where the elevator was, well the elevator was really slow and only one was working in the morning. Ended up taking the stairs
