Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United States of Americauber wasn't allowed to pick me up in the building I was staying in, I had to walk two buildings away, even though there was a perfectly serviceable location in front of the lobby door. It was like some arrangement was made between uber and the building owner.

United States of AmericaI was disappointed in the overall upkeep of the room, the hot tub, while functioning, had pieces broken off. Additionally, there was a pretty ugly white veneer applied to the in closet storage system that was peeling off in places. Also patch marks in the ceiling.
Room was overall nice, relatively low in the tower, placed on the third floor. I liked the shower facilities and plenty of space in the room.

United States of AmericaArt deco is not our preference. We prefer modern style furniture and cabinets. Also the footstool was worn and ripped due to being quite old.
Master bath was very nice. The views were quite good.

United States of AmericaMy 14 year old was given the sofa bed to sleep on but it was not comfortable at all. We ended up putting the couch cushions on top, but it was no better. The second night we were there, we returned to our hotel that night & was told there was no more parking so cars were being diverted to the MGM Grand.
Nice and clean and quiet. Our hotel being connected to the MGM Grand was great and very convenient.

United States of AmericaA few very minor issues (iron leaks, bubble control on tub is loose, shower temperature fluctuates a little) and the location being a couple blocks from Las Vegas Blvd.

United States of Americavalet parking
The room and bathroom are very big and clean. Lots of towels, enough for 3 days of our stay. We chose this hotel so that we could cook in our room. All appliances worked properly. I didn't have enough of a large pot. After my call, they brought it to me. The hotel has valet parking, which is not very convenient, if you need to take something in the car, you have to wait for your car to be brought, which is unnecessary trouble and tips. In general, a very good hotel and service, and the main thing is the walking accessibility to all the main and interesting locations.

United KingdomIt was a little dated and it’s slightly off the strip (about a 10-15 minute walk) but that also made it quieter and calmer which was nice. No housekeeping too which was fine for me but just good to know.
The room was a huge, it had a beautiful big bathroom and gorgeous views of Vegas. The room was very comfortable, I had a great stay!

United States of AmericaMy reservation was specifically for three people her there was only enough dishes and glasses for two. We wanted to have coffee in the morning together but the singular mug spoiled that. We didn't have enough sheets and when I called the desk to request more I was disappointed to find out I had to contact Orogoto. Tried to call them but no one was there to answer my call. Messaged them and was basically told "to bad" limited resources. In the future when we return to Vegas I will remember this experience and think twice on booking...
It was nice having the washer and dryer available. Balcony had a nice view and fresh air to help wake up after a night out.

United KingdomWe needed to leave at 5am one morning to drive to the grand canyon and I asked at the reception desk what time the valet would be around from so we could get our car as there isn't an option to self park when we got back. I was told they would be around but when we arrived at 5am no one was about. We waited 15 mins before we went through to tower 2 as the reception in tower 1 was not staffed. Luckily at tower 2 the valet had started so we were able to get our car. The rooms need updating, they are extremely dated. We had breakfast in our room but we only had one bowl so we had to take turns to eat. The coffee table was not clean, in the edge between the glass and the table there was food and fingernails.
The room was spacious and had a very comfortable bed. Staff were really helpful and friendly apart from one who misled us on when the valet would start on one morning. The location was quiet which really suited us. It is also quite private compared to the other hotels on the strip as you can't get to the towers from MGM Grand without a key card. For us the walk from MGM Grand wasn't bad at all and we were able to use the pool at the MGM Grand which was an absolute bonus.

United States of AmericaThe transparency and cleanliness of the room. The room at time was advertised as only 125 dollars, but with fees and security deposits (yes multiple security deposits) you’re really paying like 600 dollars. Also the kitchen has extensive water damage from the dishwasher drainage system that isn’t installed right at all, and mold in the cabinet under the sink, I got asthma. something like that could put me in the hospital, and I’ve been having cough since I left the property. In reality whoever installed that sink basically made it ticking time bomb for a flood, because nothing about the sink was done right. To the point I didn’t use the sink. The room services does a great job at making everything thing else clean.
Location and hotel workers. You can see the entire strip from your room, which is amazing. Also the workers are nice and willing to help. Lots of space as well

United States of AmericaHonestly, the only thing I can say is the coffee pot fell short. Need to upgrade to pods. Also, didn't get any extra trashbags for our week stay with a kitchenette. I did email the third party and they had some dropped off the next day. Very minor things otherwise everything was perfect.
Valet service was excellent. Staff was very friendly. Proximity to MGM for entertainment, restaurants, and casino Quiet, low key, safe facility

United KingdomThe bath was great but i think it needs descaling as lots of black stuff came out of the pipes which was a bit grim. There's no room service here- i don't know if i missed it but a brush to sweep up would have been handy. couldn't get the coffee machine to work!
Location was excellent. Was far away enough from the madness of Vegas but close enough to get to it! Pool was open which was a nice surprise as we had a couple of nice sunny days.
