This hotel chain has built hotels that are not handicap friendly instead of putting them on the bottom floor they put them up in other levels and you have to use the elevator the problem is when you go out of the elevator there's a wall staring at you and there's not enough room for your mobility scooter to be able to exit without hitting the wall

I paid for a month the first time and then week to week, The last week I was there, I ended up not needing a full week and they would not pro rate my stay. So I ended up paying 2 days That I did not use and they would not refund me, The people staying next to us smoked a lot of Marijuana eat constantly smell like it in the hallway and in the elevator.

Parking lot lights shine into the room all night - it was brighter than daylight. Drapes were damaged, so didn't completely cover window. / Obviously no/inadequate soundproofing between floors. We were on the 3rd floor and had to consciously walk very lightly. / No magnifying mirror in bathroom. / Most notably, no breakfast - which was advertised as part of price.

Room was clean & comfortable, and AC worked well. It's a new property, so we expected that.

No kettle. Kitchen stove is fake is not working. No forks no spoons. No tea. Old microwave. Strange smells in corridor.

The crowd. There were people sneaking their dogs in the back. The front desk charge 2.00 for the tiniest toothpaste made in the world. It's ok for the price.

Our room had mold in the kitchen area over the stove. Once we turned the light on over the stove we discovered it. The smoke detector had a plastic bag over it. Not sure why.

The property itself is in a nice location. Plenty of eating places and things to do.

The bathroom had black mold in it, microwave was dirty, and the TV screen looked like someone punched it.

The Cable went out in the room and we had no signal. We waited 2 hours and then went downstairs to report it and the lady at the check in counter said they had called Comcast but she was lying because we’re the only ones that had the TV with no signal. My husband went downstairs to check again and they said they would call us in 15 man’s never did. He went back downstairs and demanded a refund like 3 times. These Indian people don’t want to give you a refund but eventually we were given a refund. They were lying saying it was Comcast but it really was an internal problem. They will lie to you not to give you a refund .
