United StatesThis is an extended stay and as such, folks staying here for an extended time seem to make it home, being loud and letting there dogs (large dogs) run lose (without a leash). Many times I had to pick up my small dog who was on a leash and was approached by a lose dog. When I asked the reception about there leash policy not being enforced, she told me the dogs were friendly. Definitely, this was and is the wrong answer. There was also a continuous smell on the back rear side of the building which I assumed was "medical cannabis". Always seeing the same guests in that area.
Location is centric, a mile from Katy Mills Mall. Rooms were very clean and staff were friendly.

United StatesThe staff that checked us in was very unprofessional. He had a foul mouth & was too distracted with friends that were visiting him at work. The housekeeping is bad. A big puddle of urine on the toilet pedastool bottom visible when getting out of the mold stained shower.

United StatesThere were roaches in our room. Roach traps under the bathroom sink and dead roaches in the kitchen. The bed sheets were scratchy and top layer had tears. The shower head was rusted and there looked like there was mold forming near the tub.
There was not any breakfast or if there was we did not see it.

One had a yellow stain and one had red mark like dry blood. Housekeeping was very rude to my husband spoke to I guess the one in charge and nothing was done

United StatesThe staff lied to me about my reservation. They said that Booking.com overbooked them because of the hurricane storm, but my reservation was made before the hurricane storm and was confirmed before the storm. After we had driven 5 hours to get there, they said that all the rooms were taken and that our reservation was never confirmed by Studio 6 Katy, Texas, just by Booking.com. So they are telling me that booking a hotel through Booking.com means nothing. We had to drive around looking for a place to stay.

United StatesThe room, especially the bathroom was dirty. Hair in the corners of the bathroom and the tub backed up with water because of all the hair in the drain. Disappointed that there weren't any breakfast options but really disappointed that there wasn't even a lobby coffee option for the morning. When I went to the front desk to ask for coffee, she told me we needed to use the coffee makers in the room. When I got back to the room we found that there wasn't a coffee maker in our room. So we just packed up and left. Other annoying things were that the AC unit was so old that all of the lettering was worn off and you could not tell what things were set at. So just had to guess. Only given two towels in the bathroom. A bummer if you want to take evening and morning showers. Also, we had a king room and the king bed only had three pillows to be shared by two people. Weird! Lastly, there were not curtains in the room, only a pull down shade which did not block all of the bright LED parking lot lights. The room was very bright all night.
The location in Katy was great. The check in and check out process was smooth. The room was a decent size.
