The room we had on the first night looked like they hadn't cleaned the floor! Also, no coffee makers in the room. Thankfully they had coffee in the lobby which we didnt find out till the 2nd morning. It's confusing when you book online because there are two different sections to the hotel. One is Motel 6 and the other Studio 6, so when I booked again for a 2nd night we had to move to the Motel 6 side but it turned out better because the room was much cleaner than our first one and had a larger bathroom. Only difference was it didnt have a stovetop and kitchen sink which we didnt need anyway. It still had a fridge and microwave.

I would say the best part about it is the staff. The lady who works the morning shift in the office was very friendly and helpful. Wish i would have gotten her name. The night lady was nice too. Our 2nd night was great because they moved us to a much cleaner room which happened to be handicap accessible so the bathroom was much larger. The pool was clean but cold, but this was early march. Both rooms had a fridge and microwave but no coffee makers.

I liked how clean the rooms were. Staff was friendly and ready to assist you with anything. Pool was clean and cool during the sunny days. It is a great location as there are many shops and restaurants nearby.

Unfortunately the management has decided to decline the offer of the Gideons of a free Bible for each room . This was very disappointing to us. Simply a reflection of management’s disregard for American tradition and godly people. Very sad decision on managements park.

We didn’t know there was breakfast . We liked the Accommodations with stovetop and fridge . Easy access to the room. Well lit parking lot .

Wood floors were old, scratched, and warped. Wifi always had a weak signal, and basically worthless. No elevator for disabled people.

Unfortunately, I didn't realize that the room was for smoking, they couldn't change us to a non-smoking room because there was no availability, but the room smelled very strongly of cigarettes. The room was not completely clean, the room looked renovated in the photographs and possibly had good details, but the bathroom is old and dirty. It was not a good stay.

The location is good, it is towards the north of Laredo on 35, close to different shops and restaurants.

I didn't like the parking, when coming back to the hotel all the big trucks were around and we couldn't park. I didn't like that our room has a kitchenette, but no pots, pans or any type of kitchen utensils, Also the main door to the room didn't close correctly. Also you don't provide any type of tissues and you have to buy the hotel soap in the lobby, when it should be free. I didn't like the small window to check in, as well as no breakfast. Use your small lobby during the day!

I liked the location how everything was close. I liked that when I checked out I had some complaints and the owner Debbie was really clam, nice and she apologized for all the issues and was nice enough to refund me one night stay. The pool was really nice and big. Walking distance to Danny's Restaurant and there food was so good. Breakfast food served all day long.

they refuse you after you book and spend money. my husband drive truck. they was parking but told by the worker we still can’t park there. regular cars was parked in the truck parking but I was refused couldn’t park on the side for 1 night but a big semi was parked there and our truck was only a box truck. so I was turned away after I paid in full on line. money not going right back to card.
