We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

I was pleasantly surprised to find a really nice hotel in a safe area that was affordable. It was very clean. The bed was very comfortable. Large, clean refrigerator. Remodeled bathroom. Laundromat on-site. The only downside was that I needed at least one lamp in the room. And they promoted a fully functional kitchen when they only offer a burner plate. That's misleading. It also would be good to inform the customer they need to come to front desk to get pots and pans.

It was just a bit disconcerting to find the room had an uncarpeted, hard wood laminate floor, which made barefoot movement less appealing (and colder) than on carpet. While the kitchen faucet produced a strong stream of water, the bath faucet had a very weak stream of shower-type spray from its installed fitting - an inconvenience for washcloth or toothbrush use. The bed was excellent, but had no bedside table or stand, or bedside lamp or clock as a result, due to the room layout and bed location. There was no convenient wall outlet for my laptop near the table provided to set this up. While these were inconveniences, they were minor and didn't affect my stay appreciably (I'm used to improvising).
A beautifully clean room, with all of the usual options such as fridge (large!), microwave, coffeemaker, meal-prep kitchen service, good free secure wi-fi, new thru-the-outdoor-wall combo heat/A/C (quiet and worked very well). All the important stuff worked perfectly throughout the stay.

There was no power to the bedside lamps. Could not locate a switch for the overhead light. Would have loved a hair dryer in the bathroom.

There wasn’t much supplies for the kitchenette. There wasn’t any decorations. The fume hood did not work.

Absolutely nothing no one was there to check me in it was closed and people were eyeing me down from the second floor.

I really didn't find anything that I did not like.
The lady at the front desk was really polite, and made sure we were more than taken care of. My wife and I were traveling and the young lady made it feel as comfortable as possible. Also the rooms were very clean. Microwave, big refrigerator, coffee pot, and nice big Samsung TV. If your in the area and need something quick I would most definitely recommend it.

The police activity during our stay and the drug dealers/addicts that seem to be “staying” here. I did not feel safe with my grand daughter.

Booking.com did not inform me that the front office of hotel closes. My arrival time which I noted when I booked the reservation was 10 p.m. to 11 p.m. this arrival time is after business hours. While in route around 8 p.m., I was left a voice mail from hotel asking to call them back. I did not get message until 10 p.m. I tried calling, but nobody answered. I drove to hotel, and found offices closed, and no way to check in. I ended up driving to Red Lion by the airport and getting a room. Which cost me $220 dollars. Not happy at all! The hotel expenses were more than if I booked an airplane flight instead of driving for this short trip.
Not able to say because I was unable to stay at this location. When I arrived the front office was closed to business. I was not able to check in.

It’s located downtown Pasco on a busy street, so you hear the loud mufflers of the cars as they accelerate past the motel.
The property is newly renovated. It is all new everything in the rooms. Everything is clean and shiny. The cooktop is all electronic. The floors are clean laminate. The refrigerator is clean and white. The bed is comfortable. The HVAC works well.
