We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United StatesSince the property was so new, there were a few things that were missing like toilet paper holders and grab rails and a shower chair in the accessible unit. I’m sure they will be adding these as soon as possible.

Had a room with a kitchen that didn't have a stove top, but did have cabinets for dishes🤣, it had a microwave, coffee maker, small sink, and a refrigerator. A small table for two. No breakfast is included, but they have restaurants nearby to get food. The hotel has a laundry room and a small workout room. Wawa Sheetz and 711 are right next door. The room was very clean. NO BUGS!!! and I hope it stays that way and the price is right. Loved the shower with the built-in chair

United StatesOnly issue I had was the AC kicked off while I was not there so it got hot and took a few for it to cool down once I got back.
The location was great for where it was and was within where I needed to be visiting. The bed was comfy and good size and what was posted for photos. It was easy to access the property as well as getting into my room.

United StatesThere was a city wide problem with the water, and a boil notice. There were water pressure issues so we were unable to shower, but our stay was only one night so it was not a big deal.
It was very close to the airport. The bed was comfortable. The staff was accommodating, very helpful and friendly.

United StatesWe booked this hotel for one night specifically to attend a local event. The hotel experience was awful. We did not receive our room keys upon checking in due to an internet/system issue and had to be escorted to our room and wait for our keys to be provided. Secondly, we checked in at 5 pm, and there was no warm or hot water at all. The phone lines were busy the entire time after trying to call the front desk from both the room phone and my cell phone. We had to take a cold shower because waiting for the issue to be resolved caused us to run late for our event. Not to mention the LOWEST quality of towels and wash cloths, which hardly absorbed any water. I received a call from the front desk receptionist stating that our keys were ready at approximately 6:45. I informed her of the issue, and she stated they were still working on fixing the water. After our stay, I called the Studio 6 corporate office, which filed a report. The hotel responded, lying, saying the issue was fixed at approximately 5 pm. We didn't check in until 5pm!! How was that possible?? We were told to contact Booking.com, which couldn't help and referred us back to the hotel. The hotel sent me a short non-apologetic email with no greeting or resolution stating the water was back on within an hour. It wasn't a matter of the water being on. It was the temperature. I contacted the hotel and spoke with Amy Patel, the manager. She informed me she would speak with management, who is her husband, and call me back. After over a week I called and followed up because I hadn't heard anything. After speaking with the hotel manager Amy again, who was argumentative and lied, stating the water was fixed around 5 pm, with hot water flowing throughout the hotel in 30 minutes..no resolution..another dead end. The hotel manager refused to honor our request for a refund and offered a free night's stay. Absolutely not. I wouldn't stay here again or recommend it.
