I didn’t like how the check in was at 2pm but when I arrived I was told I needed to wait til 4pm because it was short staffed. I drove in from out of state and booked here because the check in time was what I wanted so it was disappointing to arrive and be told otherwise. not to mention the receptionist had an attitude like if it was my problem.

The ice makers were broken. Other than that we literally just needed a bed to sleep in

However, the microwave wasn't working and someone threw up on the stairs... after telling front desk about both, neither were taken care of the day after. Also noticed that the coffee maker was dirty but didn't use it because coffee was offered by the vending machines.
Beds were comfortable, rooms were spacious and seemed clean, and the towels were decent. Like the fact there is a kitchenette and there is an ice dispenser by the lobby. The front desk people seemed nice but note addition below re: what we didn't like.

This property is just fine, and a great value. We were pleased with our stay.
Our family travels a lot, and we stay in many hotels/motels. We actually were traveling Christmas Day, and checked in during the late evening. The staff member that checked us in was amazing. She actually showed us around after checking us in. She actually left the counter to physically show my family and I around downstairs so that we would know where everything was. I have never had a staff member go through that kind of effort at any place we have ever stayed before! We appreciated that very much, and we’re very impressed by the amazing friendly service.

My last day leaving a man tried to Approach me while I wasn't paying attention in my car, then The Good Lord made me aware in able to defend myself....Once I told him I had a weapon he turned around...I pulled off and looked in my mirror in seen he got in a truck with another man in they followed me to Murphy's gas station...So I left without getting gas and went to my cousins hotel yes I booked the wrong location but stayed until it was up! And the last day all that occurred I think they need extra Security at that location! Something seriously going on and they had to been doing that type of stuff!!
It was located by everything that I needed... Except the Job🤦🏾

Be nice if the fridge doors opened the other way, being so close to the wall. Be nice to have facial tissues dispenser. The stomping around above in the evening was suboptimal, but was otherwise quiet.

The password for the internet wasn't available in the room, I had to ask for it. Also at the time of check in there was a problem with my payment, and the gentleman at the front desk did not know how to fix the situation. He gave me my room key anyway and the morning person had to fix the problem.
The room was what I expected from the pictures I seen online. Very clean and spacious. The bed was comfortable. Overall I had a good experience. I would probably book here again inf the occasion arised.

the sheets were very scratchy - ended up putting a towel down to sleep on.
Convenient to highway - it was full and I expected to be noisy but was very quiet. Staff was friendly and helpful.

A few things could use some TLC or replaced. The microwave, the stove top had a broken knob.and could barely hear the TV

The place is dirty and the clerk has bad communication skills!!
